Kevin, who works in the tile department was extremely helpful when I needed to help to locate a specific tile. Kevin went out of his way to help. I wish Home Depot had more people like Kevin. Kevin was willing to help me and not walk the other way when I was looking for help...

The store was very clean and organized. The Associates in the Paint Dept was ready and willing to help you get what you wanted and needed to complete the job. Great Job Paint Dept!

I had a great experience at home depot. They helped me with what I needed and set aside time for me to come back in and continue helping me with my cabinets. They were patient, helpful and friendly.

We are building a retaining wall and needed more supplies that the store was low on. They ordered the supplies for us, and now we have plenty!

The associates are cheerful and accommodating. They ask what else they can do to assist. They are sensitive to customers' non verbal communication. If they sense that you are "lost" in searching for a product or item, they readily come to the "rescue ". That matters a lot!..and the store was clean and organized as well.

Our cashier was friendly, quick, and took care of business.

On my visit I forgot money from the self checkout cash dispenser and Quentin, an employee at the Fairfield, CA store found me outside to return it. Very honest and terrific young man!

I visit this store often, it's always clean they have what I need and the help is always friendly through out the store. Love this store.

When ever I come in, I'm always asked if I need help finding things, which is really great!

The store was fully stocked with the product I was looking for and Penny was very helpful. and the self check girl was so nice!

Go to another location. The customer service is horrible and even when you order things and they make mistakes they do not fix the problem and getting a manager to show up to the front desk is not happening. The managers are lazy and don't care about the customers there. I ordered in building and was told item would be delivered to the store and over 2 weeks later i go in to check on the order that was supposed to arrive to find out they cant order the item yet I paid for it. The solution was oh well that sucks and here is your refund. No I'm sorry or let me find a way to make it better. NOTHING AND NO MANAGER TO TALK TO!!!

Cashier friendly

If I'm having an awful time, this is where I come to get my problems solved. The staff can be hilarious...one of the men teased that everything he ever needed to learn, he learned from Looney Tunes but on a more serious note he asked me if he could help me find anything and walked me to the various items on my shopping list. Angelique has the patience to listen through my duck stories and helped me get a grip when I was on the verge of tears because a neighborhood cat mauled 5 of my ducklings yesterday and helped me look for suitable fencing to help protect from any other predators. I'm always in here and the staff is always knowledgeable about where to find things and has recommendations for which product best suits my needs. Michelle in customer service is A+++ personnel. There is a blonde lady in the garden section who really knows her plants and always helps me with my aquaponics plants and biosphere plants.

I went in for a set of spare keys and although they didn't work the first time, the staff that helped me immediately made my back and fourth trips all the worth while after having making a new set. I got a great deal and a great experience from a couple of employees. Thanks specifically to Quinn.
