Home Depot did a great job in assisting and addressing any problem that came up with my large purchase.

I've been doing an extensive remodel project, and Anna at the customer service desk has helped me navigate many difficult issues with orders and deliveries. She's always knowledgeable and friendly, even when I call late on a Saturday. Having that level of service is refreshing, especially when doing such a huge project. Thank you, Anna!

Jerry helped us in tools to find attachments that fit the air compressor we wanted to purchase. He offered his help to identify the color coded system of parts and stayed with us to test each attachment for the hose. He offered to get a cart to help us to the register and ensured a very successful purchase. He directed us to cashier who was also very pleasant. We will return....and will look for Jerry!

I went to buy a Christmas tree and the two associates who helped me are phenomenal! Tristan in the outdoor/garden department was so funny and friendly! I would also like to acknowledge the other man who netted and loaded my tree, I unfortunately forgot his name but he was very kind as well. Thank you gentlemen!!

Kudos to Cara, who found my phone I left in the cart. Kudos to Dominic for calling back. Like a bonehead I left my phone in the cart. I went to a doctor's appointment and realized I had left the phone. I had an assistant of my doctor call my number, no answer. Minutes later the assistant told me there was someone on the phone from Home Depot. It was Dominic. I asked them if I could buy them lunch. They said no. Thank you we're not allowed to however, you could fill out a survey so I did.

The staff and store manager went above and beyond to help us solve a problem

This location always has amazing and friendly service! Recently David went above and beyond in the key department to help us get a key we needed replicated. We just love this location!

I came into the store to pick up some thing for my husband who is in the middle of a project. I felt completely lost and helpless, and David was sent to help me and he went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and he even found the item and brought it to the register for me. He was a godsend.

The assistant store manager Tiffany, went above and beyond to help solve our delivery issues, and is a true example of exceptional customer service. The Flagstaff Home Depot is VERY lucky to have a gem like her. Thank you, Tiffany.

I needed a Gorilla wheelbarrow as a gift for my girlfriend. It was very important to me. I wrote to the Gorilla company and they said it would not fit into my Corolla. I called Cort at the Flagstaff store and he promisied to get it into my car. He was determined to help me and found a way to tie it in my trunk for the 70 mile drive. He was empathetic, professional, and kind. Cort is the employee your competition wish they had. Thanks to him, my present was a hit with her at her ranch. I stand by my review. Lou

I want to personally thank Tiffany Bagley for having a very enthusiastic personality. I also want to thank her for providing excellent customer service when I needed help Locating items. I also want to thank the staff for being kind and helpful.

When I parked at the store I was greeted by an employee out in the parking lot water plants. I was also greeted again when entering the garden center by two staff members. My cashier was pleasant and smiling the whole time with genuine emotion. Not my local store but will for sure shop at this one in the future.

had to drive up from Tucson to get a product sold out here, and everyone was A+++ World class customer service. Thank you all so much.

In and out of the store very quickly thanks to the associates working as a team to direct us to the product we were looking for and quickly getting us assistance to load the product.

Bought a dishwasher a couple days ago. Haven't received it yet, (expected delivery March 23) but I'm sure we'll like it. Got great service. Would definitely recommend this store. Our new "go to store" for appliances and other things.

I had placed an order online at a different Home Depot location, the order was rather large. The closest Home Depot to where I live is 2.5 in any given direction. I called the Rt 66 location and the customer service representative ( Samantha ) went so far above and beyond what one would expect from customer service. She was extremely helpful, polite and made me feel like my problem was her problem and wanted it resolved. I just can’t say enough! The Rt 66 store will be my go to from here forward!

Just wanted to express my appreciation to all the staff I've interacted with at the 0482 Flagstaff Home Depot store. I am a frequent customer, and all the staff I've ever encountered there have always been very friendly and did their best to assist me with my product questions and concerns. I especially appreciate the staff who obviously have extensive building experience, who can offer me the benefit of their helpful knowledge and skills to better complete my endless projects! Keep up the great work!

The staff in general are not very helpful. The assistant store manager is condescending. I try to avoid this location at all cost. Such a pity to have this home depot location hurt the good brand home depot is known for.

The chandelier I came in to purchase was only on line, Patrick placed the order in the store to be delivered to our home. He also assisted us in purchasing a ceiling fan. Outstanding customer service.
