Home Depot has stepped up their game and hired enough employees to assist customers

Today was an exceptional day at the home depot. Most of my experiences at HD are good but today a gentleman named Cort did an outstanding job in making sure I had everything I needed. By going to different areas of the store at least twice, he was able to assure me that I had everything on my shopping list. He went out of his way and was very patient and kind.

The Cathy, the cashier at the customer services desk was very friendly and respectful! Very helpful as well.

I always find what I need at this store. I never have to hunt someone down for help. The staff is friendly and available.

I have come to expect good help when I go to Home Depot, now — actually much better than the help from smaller hardware stores. Sometimes, it takes me a while to find just the right person to help me, but I have learned that it is wise to start at customer service and ask for help. (I am visually impaired). This time, I needed help finding a part. As it turned out, it needed to be ordered, and Brayden, In customer service very courteously and efficiently helped me order the part.

I had the worst experience with the person at the pickup counter! Hes a racial, ignorant jerk!

So far ordering online and tomorrow I expect to pickup my items with no contact... this will be the first time I curbside pickup so we'll see how it goes. Past online experiences were not the greatest.

Everyone working here is so open to helping you take heavy things (such as bags of rocks) down from shelves or carry out heavy items to your car. Its so nice that people are positive at this store, the cashiers are always smiling - considering the times we live in its nice to see. Also, In the past (Before Covid) I participated in a class for "you build it" for a address planter, it was so great to learn so much from the employees, they were so patient. I showed a picture of my finished product to the HD employee (that taught the class), she was so complementary. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated.

Unfortunately we are stuck with only Home Depot in Flagstaff. Any other home improvement store would have to be better than this. Management, do your job for a change!

Had a very bad experience at the other store near the mall. Braden was excellent and very friendly! He was willing to help and do what I needed done on the pvc pipes. James was very helpful in cutting the wood I needed. Best service I have had at a Home Depot. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

If you need electrical products be sure to hook up with Ethan, a new young man at this location already doing a great job! Knew exactly where to find what I was looking for, helped make sure it was correct item and was so pleasant. Cute too!

Matt in appliances at the Flagstaff is an excellent troubleshooter, very knowledgeable about logistics, patient and understanding. We had trouble scheduling someone from Barlows to come install my washer and dryer. GE put in a COVID stipulation that folks can’t return to someone’s house for 30 days. Matt tried diligently to schedule and ended up saying that he and a coworker would install it themselves. What dedication. Management wouldn’t allow them to come to my home to install it without masks that they provided, but there had been none at the location for weeks. I ended up installing the machines myself, but still appreciated Matt trying to find a solution every step of the way. He provided the best service I have ever encountered. Kudos for having him on your team.

Matt is so excellent. He helped me order my Washer and Dryer. Then I was fortunate enough to run into Chris, who took the time to help my find the fittings for a gas valve. Everyone here is helpful and friendly at this location.

the associates at the paint desk mark and gigi were very friendly and very helpful. the items i needed were there and the shelves looked very neat. very nice job and very good customer service.

The store has an exceptional selection and stock of products. Friendly staff.

This Home Depot store has some of the most friendly helpful staff. My dog Skye and I really enjoy shopping there. I always find exactly what I need.

Amazing experience! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed leveling blocks for my van that I reside in. They didn’t sell what I wanted. Everything like it was too bulky or too heavy for me. Trevor constructed a little ramp/ block system out of lumber for me and was awesome at meeting the demands of light weight, cheap and easy to set up. I use them every night and am so excited to be level at night!

I needed a cartridge for tub and shower realty bad the water was leaking out fast. I call Home Depot and spoke with Randy , he give me the imfro for the cartridge Delta Monitor Faucet 1400 Series . Got the imfro that morning on Saturday January 25, 2020 at about 9:57 AM. I travel from Grand Canyon, AZ to Flagstaff , AZ to get the part. I arrive at the store , I started to look for the cartridge in the store , I met up with Randy ,he help me find the part, I was a happy person, Randy is worth a million dollars. He made my time in the store GREAT GREAT.

we went to pick up items for a plumbing project. things have been moved, so I asked the front desk for someone to help us. a young man came up to us, he was so informed, and took us to the two places where plumbing was located. he stayed with us until we had everything on the list. then he reminded us of the tape and glue we may need. really enjoyed our visit to this home depot.
