I'm from the East Coast and have dealt with several home depots across the country. I have never been treated as well as I have at the Flagstaff store. I had a special and unusual challenge with plumbing. I spent several minutes with Bert in the plumbing department, who went above and beyond to assist. Burt is a true asset to the store as well as all of the employees who were friendly and helpful. This is a clear indication of your management working with the employees.... Well done

Always enjoy going to Home Depot and seeing all of the products some new some old. Seems like I can always count on HD to have most everything that I need when making any new jobs or making repairs/installations as needed,

This store gave me the wrong paint product and they are refusing to make it right!

When they’re not nice we’ll be shire to let you know. For now they’re great

Friendly staff and great way to demonstrate grill by serving hot dogs and hamburgers

It was easy to find someone to help me in every department I went into. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient; taking the time with me to figure out what would best work for my needs and goals. The store was neat and clean. the return area organized and efficient. A person at the door greeting and ready to help if needed. Great store!

All of the employees were courteous and helpful, to even help load my truck with shingles, help me find what I needed. But the store manager was not willing to honor me being a Veteran, as all of the other stores have done so in the past.

The Home Depot has recently increased their staff on the floor which was really needed and really appreciated. Tammy in the garden area is the best. She goes above and beyond in her service. Thanks for the "hook-up"!!! Home Depot loyalty meter just shot through the roof! Now I got to go back to fix the roof. LOL

Store was neat and clean and items fairly easy to find. Not all of the employees were helpful we found. The gentleman in plumbing was quite helpful but the lady going through lightening could/would not help, said she would get someone to help us but no one showed up and after 10-15 minutes we left.

This location is better than most. The staff are helpful and knowledgable. The appliance section staff are exceptional. I just hate all the surveys.

The store was clean an a great atmosphere very friendly people I highly recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!

Good store good service most the time.

The Flagstaff team is beyond all expectations, even from those originating from southern hospitality. After an incident involving our car-top carrier, Dominick and Brayden came to our rescue with a smile on their face despite enduring the freezing weather in short sleeves. Without their assistance, we would have remained stranded for hours.

This locations seems to be keeping more employees on the floor and that made my last visit there much easier and quicker.

I have found the employees to be very helpful and concerned that I am happy with my experience.

The employees were all very helpful , and greeted me in every part of the store.

The store was neat and well organized and everyone with whom we spoke had a thorough knowledge of what they had in stock. Instead of simply telling us what aisle the item we asked about was on they escorted us there and were able to share the pros and cons of each thing so we could make intelligent decisions. What really impressed me the most however, was their enthusiasm for being able to meet the customer's needs! Lots of smiles! Such a pleasure to see folks enjoying their work and taking such pains to do a fantastic job! We will definitely shop there first for future project supplies!

I am a professional licensed Handyman Contractor. I have shopped at the Flagstaff store quite often throughout the years and highly recommend Home Depot and its employees. They are knowledgeable of where things are located in the store, and are very courteous, friendly, and professional. Sometimes a customer may not see an employee standing in the location of the store where you are searching, but all you have to do is ask one of them, and they immediately help you themselves, or get the attention of the proper associate. A great place to shop in my opinion.

HAD A GOOD EXPERIANCE AT THE STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES WHERE VERY HELPFULL.

The people working there treated me like I was a part of their family.

Big shout out to Rayne for getting my three gallons of paint tinted, shakened, and waiting for me. Many thanks to her for a , getter done, work ethic! An extra loud thanks to Cort for bringing my new barbeque up front with SKW # written on it so Lauretta didn't have to waist our time looking it up. I've seen a hugely improve service from the last time we visited. Keep up the great work!

Store is well organized and the employees are super helpful, cheerful, great sense of humor and seem to all be enjoying themselves. This makes for a positive buying atmosphere. Of course it encourages me to purchase more stuff, sometimes stuff want but really don't need. :-) Mike

The staff at this branch is knowledgeable and relatable whenever I go in. I would recommend the lumber department specifically. They are efficient, kind and resoectful. I will go back for my homecare and building needs.

Despite it being Black Friday, a busy time to buy appliances and understaffed in that department, my service member Matt was helpful friendly and polite. I never felt over or undersold. He took the time to show me all the options for my needs checked and double checked what was available and when, and found a great appliance package that fit my budget. Thanks so much for making a complex chore so easy.

The employees in this store always go out of their way to be helpful, they always greet us, if they walk by us they almost always ask if we need any help.
