I frequently visit Fridley location often and the customer service is always great. I was greeted at the door and Anna was very attentive and helpful at self checkout today.

Suzette is a wonderful employee. When going to the customer service desk to deal with some online order issues Suzette exhibited the utmost professionalism and care. At first I thought she was a customer service associate but I later found out she is the store manager. My needs were addressed and met efficiently. I will be shopping at this location for my future purchases.

The Fridley Home Depot seems to be run "like a well-oiled ship". The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and take time to help me find what I'm looking for. I appreciate the positive atmosphere.

I purchase about a dozen plastic storage bins a year for organizing. I was shocked to see the prices on cheap plastic storage bins today. A 28 quart sterilite bin that in the past was $7, maybe $10 rang up to $17.12 with tax. I’ll be shopping elsewhere for my storage and organizational needs.

Worth the trip to Fridley to have personable employees help you navigate both the facility and your project.

I always used to buy everything to my house from home depot store. It provides excellent product and services.

Certain associates may make your checkout process very uncomfortable. I’d suggest choosing a different store as I am not the one to be uncomfortable ever and I was very much put off by my experience.

I purchased from here a couple weeks ago and customer service is always great. When I was at self checkout a cashier named Laura came to assist me, I would highly recommend my family and friends to shop here.

Among the few stores in the area selling building materials, I am finding the human interaction with the Home Depot floor representatives as something VERY UNIQUE and by far the best. That makes you shop with ease and confidence and also gain knowledge from experienced personnel, you can't find anywhere else.

i bought a microwave it was super fast service got it in less than an hour

I had a phone sell to complete and my contact was taking a while to confirm. Towfiq made us laugh and even gave us a bottle of water while we waited. That was above and beyond our expectations. Amazing!
