Lynn and John went out of their way to help me try and find something that the website said was in stock..but wasn’t. They took my number to call me with an update on what they found out.Both of them are friendly and upbeat individuals who really seem to enjoy their job!

Each time I visit this store Eric Renegar in the hardware section is able to provide exceptional customer service. He’s super knowledgeable in the area he works & his level of customer service overall exceeds my expectations each visit. Employees can really make a visit to a store great or not, especially when you’re spending money, and Eric makes every single visit to the store a great experience & he’s a fantastic employee all around.

I was working on a home project this morning and needed additional materials. I was able to find quickly and greeted by friendly cashier Caroline and able to get back to my project very timely.

If you need to design a kitchen, find David Tilton in this store!! He is amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and helpful!! He helped us with our entire project!!

WHEN MY 75 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO FIND THE REMAINING THINGS WE NEEDED TO FINISH HURICANE IAN REPAIRS. I WAS NOT SURE ALL THE THINGS WE NEEDEED, I ASKED A FEW EMPLOYEES WHERE THE ITEMS WERE THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER ACTUALLY WAS KIND ENOUGH TO TELL ME TO HELP. THEN A DIFFERENT SHOPPER HELPED ME LOOK WHEN WE COULD NOT FIND IT HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO FIND A WORKER WHO KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. HIS NAME IS JAE AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US FIND ALL WE NEEDED. NOT ONLY WAS HE HELPFUL HE WAS CURTIOUS AND PILOT. THANK YOU JAE.

Home Depot is stocked very well. In these times not all stores are. The store is clean and I can always find someone to help me if I have questions. Customer Service is good and check out is quick and easy.

Home depot now only allows for a $400 per year discount for veterans. You still may receive a 10% discount on SOME items but many are excluded. Once the $400 per you discount is reaches veterans will no longer get receive any discount. Poor taste Home Depot

What a delightful shopping experience. I found someone who put the Customer in Customer Service. I was greeted by Niki with a big smile in the area rug department. She offered me help with finding a price and also added advise about the inventory and how to find just the right product. She Obviously enjoys her job and was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the store. HOME DEPOT KEEP this young lady and treat her right because you have a real asset in this remarkable employee. She is the kind of employee that makes me want to come back and shop at your store. Two of the associates helped me load 12 bags of pond pebble rocks. I have a hard time hauling them from the back 9f the garden shop to the front area, they were really helpful and happy to help.

it's hard to find products in the store. customer service is terrible. lack of building supply knowledge .knowing where to find and identify products.

I needed a price match on the Dremel workstation and was able to achieve this with Lila in customer service. The item was not in stock but they had some at the warehouse and will deliver the next day! Lila was fantastic in making this happen!

Kevin was very nice guy and he helped me out and he was really attempted to my needs. You guys are lucky to have him.

I have no complaints. Enjoy every visit when I go to this store. Everything I’m looking is always in stock. If not on shelves associates go out their way to get it for you. And everyone is always so cheerful, helpful and friendly.

Parking for anyone at this store is almost impossible and the store itself needs a complete overhaul. contractors parking is a major problem and needs to be addressed. Isles are bogged down with products and customers can not get to what they need at this store. Dysfunctional and disorganized. Customer service is okay but not great needs some improvements. On a scale of 1-10 I am rating this store a 3
