purchased about a month ago. was delivered to our home without issues. Price was great and customer service while choosing our product was above standard.

NO ONE to help! I asked for assistance and was told "not my department" 30 minutes later my step son and I climbed shelves to retrieve the items we needed.

We purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher & washer & dryer- experienced EXCELLENT service from Patti DeSalvo & Vince Cipriano - got great prices & 24 NO interest. Can't beat that- these were LG appliances

This is one of the cleanest organized stores I've seen. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The store has all I always need and the trained personnel to suggest the best products. it is clean and organized. plus friendly personnel.

I usually avoid this Home Depot as it is always super busy and crowded . We needed something that was at this store and when we looked for the items, it was not in stock on the display. The person in Hardware responded and checked. The inventory said they had it , probably in the overstock. He retrieved the stairs and proceeded to search the boxes until he found it. The check out person was very helpful.

Very professional and customer service friendly, from the rental / pro department, to the cashiers. Everyone I encountered there was very customer service oriented. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else got home improvement needs. Also, Steve, the store manager, is the absolve BEST! Great manager and gets back to all of the customers.

Manager injected himself into an issue with a LG refrigerator, promised to replace it, but instead just refunded my money and didn’t even bother to let me know, now since inflation the cost of exact replacement is higher

I bought doors and windows for a new house I am building, and "Boston" Steve helped me a lot to put my order together and schedule a delivery.

ONLY LASTED 2 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS AND SEPARATED INSIDE OF WELL, MAKING IT SEEM LIKE THE PUMP WAS BAD, BUT IT WAS THE CHECK VALVE INSTEAD, ANYWAY JUST BAD NEWS, MAYBE THE VALVE SHOULD BR MADE BETTER.

Trevor and Angel were awesome! If you have any issues, they are the ones to help. All of the employees there are extremely polite and helpful. I always enjoy my experience at this location!

Bought a Tool Box Chest and the Salesperson Pedro was very helpful at checkout, we meet the Store Manager and was also very helpful. Thank me for visiting the store and asked if we needed help to load it. Which we personally helped us load it into the pick up. Great Shopping Experience!

I shop this Home Depot and I am always happy with the employees and product selection. Will continue shopping this location.

We purchased a water cooler from this Home Depot and Julia and Bill provided exceptional. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Bill even took the time to search for other items we had purchased in the past so we could check if we purchased the extended warranties or not. He provided input when appropriate and didn’t push anything on us we didn’t want.

I find this Home Depot to have exceptional customer service. The only thing I wish was different was that the employees could unmask. It's so hard to hear them when they speak AND you can NEVER see smiles. I've been in sales/marketing/customer service all my life and a SMILE is 90% of feeling like you're appreciated as a customer. #UNMASK

Store clerks walked us over to the curtain area and then walked us up to the picture hangers area. He went above and beyond.

If you are appliance shopping, I recommend Home Depot! They had what I needed in stock and their staff was very helpful in guiding us to the correct refrigerator. Oskar in particular was wonderful.
