This store has been great to work with on several renovations I have been working on. They are very helpful with cutting lumber. I had to cut approximately 30 sheets of plywood spread over numerous trips, and they did it without complaining or charging. They even learned my name after several trips. Nice touch. Greg and the team at the Pro Desk and checkout area have been great to work with.

Prefer the store at 3402 Forum Blvd, Ft Myers Florida 33905.A more customer friendly store.

Go see Carmen in appliances! She goes way above and beyond when working with customers. We would not hesitate to recommend her and Home Depot for appliance purchases. We were treated very professionally and provided with knowledgeable service when we spoke to her. We are customers that generally have a lot of questions and look at a lot of options which we know can get frustrating but Carmen was a true professional!

I paid $80 for delivery of very nice boxed vinyl plank flooring. Home Depot delivers flooring to outside only. They will not take boxed flooring products to an upper level unit. It's up to customer to get material inside before installers will schedule. Home Depot does not cooperate with other nearby HD stores to complete material orders. Customer must wait for material orders from manufacturer. With so many condos at upper levels with HOA requirements for soundproofing, soundproof ratings should be posted in store with flooring products. I have been back and forth with this order more than a month. After material was delivered, more issues came up with products and now need to return everything and start over. I have not been able to live in condo more than a month now. Seems like problems will never end. Time to cut losses. Ask me if I'm happy! My rating is based only on this project. Otherwise a good store with good people.

Great store for all your home improvement needs.

I won't name names - ha - but, the other large home improvement store has hired people who don't know how to help. When asked, they shrugged and said they didn't know - and didn't try to get other help. So, I went to Home Depot and was helped by a young girl who walked the store with me until I found exactly what I needed. I will definitely go to Home Depot first next time!

Home Depot, Ft Myers, is an excellent shopping experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has the appropriate safety measures in place to protect customers and employees. My experience was with purchasing kitchen appliances. I highly recommend Oksana Herrmann, Appliance Specialist, to assist you with your next kitchen appliance purchase. Oksana is extremely knowledgable, patient, helpful and solution oriented. She knows the features and goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience productive and rewarding! When you shop for appliances, go to Home Depot and ask for Oksana Herrmann! You will be so happy with the shopping experience!

I am a military retired resident, living in Fort Myers. I have found the recognition given to retired military promotes purchases at the local level, in comparison to military outlets, through correspondence.

Excellent customer service. Was checking out spray paint, needed ID checked, employee scanned the cans for me I told employee I had 6 cans of spray paint all the same. The employee check the color AND FINISH while scanning the cans and repeated the color and finish. I would have never thought to check to see if I had all the same finish. Great service LUCERO!! Time saver I might have had to return to the store if I had different finishes and my project would need to be redone.

Donna and Greg were very helpful. Donna helped me find the trailer i wanted, took the order over the phone, and when i arrived to pick it up, she'd already had the title paperwork ready for me. Greg was my cashier and was very helpful getting the trailer unlocked and me on my way.

Excellent Service, very friendly, Tawana made my purchase her priority from start to finish. And must say the prices were great as well.

This is our favorite Home Depot store, we have shopped at this location since the day the doors opened. It is always neatly stocked. And from the greeting as you enter, up to the time you checkout, someone is always readily available to help you. Great job Team Leader and Associates!

A nice well located store, large inventory and many aisles , but could use more aisle attendants ! Always find what I need at the right price , but sometimes need to wander to find the right item location.

Today, was a great experience, shopping at Fort Myers Home Depot. The lady in the paint department was extremely helpful and friendly. I stopped at their competitors store yesterday an the service was so poor...I left. Last time for me there after three months of poor service.

Employees need training on how to nod politely even when they disagree with a customer. Employees are there for the customer; to give informative and good advice on products and services. They need training on being polite, not rude when they disagree. On redirecting conversations that focus on customer needs, not their political views. Some employees are using their positions to talk about current health and political issues surrounding COVID-19. They need to keep their opinions at the polls and at home, not at the work place. EVEN when they disagree. It is not their job to inform and give advice to customers on their political points of view.

On our last visit there are the sales associate Paul was very helpful

Great experience. They had what I needed to complete my home projects.

I had a small project of re-locating an electrical outlet. I was able to find the right product to make this happen. I was happy with the online "how-to" videos that were available on their website as well. They helped me to feel confident in my project. Now, the electrical outlet looks like it was always there. It looks great. Thank you.

This is my Disney World for Adults place. I always feel good here. In these troubling times....it is important to have friendly people and a kind attitude towards our fellow man.
