Blind department, great experience was able with their direction make a decision

EMPLOYEES WERE READILY AVAILABLE TO ASSIST!!

We are renovating a house we go to Home Depot at least 5 to 10 times a week and we spend a lot of money. I enter every receipt for a chance to win $5000 gift card. I’ve been doing this for about four weeks now and I have not heard anything. does anyone ever win?

I have shopped at this store for years with rental service, flooring, gardening, and plumbing. And I am always amazed at the great service received!

A shout out to Scott. He made our trip to Home Depot today so easy. He was called to help us and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t mind explaining how things worked and he answered all of our questions. Thank you Scott & Home Depot!!!

I only wish this store was closer to my honme

Great Store, support in locating products, friendly associates.

While remodeling our kitchen we have gone to this store multiple times. Any time the associate did not know how to help me they immediately found someone who could. Each dept. we dealt with was professional and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had to take a few things back (our error) and each time it was no problem. Very impressed.

Cashier, Ann Marie was very helpful and friendly.

Sho is an amazing customer service person in the flooring dept. in Ft. Wayne, Indiana friendly and very helpful. made what could have been a headache a very good experience. would recommend any one looking to put down new flooring give him a call and be ready for a very helpful young man to assist you in any way he can.

Found exactly what I needed on the first visit

At times it could be hard to find an associate to help you. Other times they are readily available and very helpful.

I needed white paint to refurbish the wooden frame and ceiling adjacent to a skylight in my sunroom. I was pointed to the right Behr paint and the caulk that I wanted to use by a Home Depot associate in the paint aisle (name unknown). The fix-up turned out better than I imagined.

Very helpful and insightful about my purchase, someone actually came up to me and asked me if I needed help and that doesn’t happen often at most stores

Went shopping at home depot.the cashier Joyce Killin was very courteous. Such a awesome attitude. We loved how nice she was.

If you only want professionals in your stores, then changed the modal to a more wholesale club and keep us regular unskilled DIY's out of the way. I appreciate the lay out, lighting, selection, and set up, but feel ignored by staff if I am not wearing Carhart's.

Saul in the paint department is EXTRAORDINARY!!! He is always smiling and very knowledgeable about all paint products.

Had been working on a bathroom expansion and it took me about 5 weeks to do the job. I would be in early almost every morning to pick up materials and return the ones that I didn't need. D'Ante (spelling ?) and Theresa were usually there to take my returns. Had some frustrations over a Delta shower valve kit not having a pressure test cap (that the instructions indicated was part of the kit, but after checking two others in the store, none did, so that's a Delta problem) and some confusion over several Schlage electronic locks (that I mis-ordered), but both D'Ante, Theresa and all others involved during the timeframe were super. I was always a bit embarrassed to be returning items but they never hassled me or made me feel dumb.

Ann Marie was our cashier and she was the most amazing person. So kind and friendly. Made my daughters day as well.

Every time I go to home depot I know that what ever project I am on there is always someone who knows and gives great advice and support to complete it smoothly and professionally.

Great staff will help you out and there are plenty of them to go around. That's why I go to Home Depot!

I got some nice flower plants and the service was great. Friendly checkout person,

I bought some 1 inch vinyl cordless blinds and Linda Chilcote helped me and making sure that I had the right color and size. as I was watching her do her job cutting the blinds I was impressed. Not only did she provide professional and excellent service for me the lady knows her job and how to do it. She even asked me to make sure I come back and I will because of the excellent service she provided to me. Now if we could get all the cashiers in the retail industry to be like Linda can you imagine what it would be like? And while I’m at it I would like to say an excellent word for Joyce she is an awesome cashier she’s very professional very courteous and loves to help you!

What thank art in flooring department in fort Wayne for not calling be back after 2 min and giving the run around for four hours by transfering to don witch didn't have a clue what was going on with floor install. At least you got to home art. After calling every half hour like art said and not calling back art plus not answering the phone in flooring department plus all hang up in flooring department finally after 4 hour got pay for floor install
