IN STORE, everyone was very helpful. The service desk, cashier, and the people at the paint station were all very welcoming and extremely nice and helpful. However over the phone I got the short end of the stick, spoke to six different people about a carpet installation which I've ALREADY PAID FOR, and cannot as of almost a week later get a hold of anyone to schedule the appointment. Only one person can schedule the appointment (Louise/Luis or something) and apparently they leave the office at 5 when normal people also get off work. Even though they left a note for her to call me on a specific day at a specific time I received no phone call and I was given wrong information to almost every single question I very specifically asked about which wound up leading me to spend almost $400 more than I was told I would be spending, and also put me in a place where I've already paid almost $2000 for carpet which at this point I may not even be able to get this year. I was told I could get a refund 'as long as they hadn't cut the carpet yet' which, considering I can't even get the install scheduled and I've been lied to about everything else I doubt is even true. Long story short, unless you're buying something IN STORE that you intend to take home THAT DAY, then don't even bother.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Best place to purchase tools and materials in town.

Christmas selection is awesome at Home Depot and I highly recommend not forgetting to shop here during your Christmas Shopping Season.

The store is always well stocked, but more importantly the staff always provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable in every department. I love Home Depot.

If by chance you are in the KITCHEN DEPT. Ask for JACK if you need info. about items He is a wealth of knowledge

Does store had someone working in every department and they were actually willing to help and do their job which is not always the case! Went in to buy a storm door..they Had the one I want we rode it app and later that day my daughter came to pick it up it went very smoothly like it should. Unfortunately, most stores i going to have no 1 to help therefore they lost my business!

A good experience. The associates I dealt with were really nice and very helpful. The products I needed were on the shelves at good prices.

I don't own a truck and from time to time I need to purchase wood for small projects. I take my measurements in, they cut the wood to size for me at the store, and because they cut it to the size I need I can generally transport the lumber in my SUV. Also, the first Saturday of the month they have a free project day for kids which is a major highlight every month for my 7 year old, 6 year old, and 4 year old. Thank you Home Depot!

Outstanding and Friendly Staff

Great customer service and very knowledgeable employees. You ask and they try to to figure it out for you. And that's service in service.

We went to Home Depot to get paint, supplies and pine base boards. My husband needed help with the base boards and a very knowledgeable clerk came and helped him. We needed another can of paint mixed and the lady was very pleasant, quick and helpful and reminded us to get rollers. We are looking at replacing a bedroom carpet in the near future. Another worker took the time to give us guestimate prices on carpet replacement and ideas. Lastly, we went to self checkout and the clerk cheerfully helped us price the base boards. We were in and out of your store in 30 minutes.Not once did we have to hunt down help. Everyone was waiting to service us. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Great prices and great products! Thank you!

Friendly salespeople, clean store and restrooms.Salespersons took us to product when we needed help finding it.

Ciara and another associate in returns (didn't catch her name) were extremely rude and not helpful. We were trying to exchange a pressure washer we had bought the week before and when we couldn't find the same one we had bought, they had someone else look for them. He came back to tell me that they didn't have another one in stock but he wasn't able to tell them because they were already helping other customers. We had to wait while they helped five more customers that came after us to tell them they didn't have another one. We ended up working out the refund but not without Ciara arguing with us about whether or not we got store credit or the amount back on our credit card. It was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in my life. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me no. I will never shop this location again. If I can't trust a product won't break within a week, I don't want to have to take the chance of dealing with this kind of customer service in returns.

Buy your window treatments here! Wonderful selections, great staff(Carolyn is so helpful) and their installer, Brad, is everything you want in an installer - promptly returns calls, shows up on time, very professional and has a lot of experience.

The nursery is full of beautiful plants, so many, it's hard to choose!

Bill the manager and pro desk is an absolute joke and very rude! Didnt want to help with wood that was horrible quality! Very rude all together I'll go to menards for now on

Such awesome customer service. I purchased a new mower 4 days ago. Mowed a few stripes today and relized I had not purchased self propelled. Called and they told me to bring it back. Since today was Toro sales, I was able to get a much better quality mower, self propelled for about $20. I just finished mowing and it is awesome. Could not have ask for nicer people from Anthony at customer service to the three floor crew that helped me get what I needed. They made my day! Can't thank you enough! Thanks Home Depot.
