Derek in appliances was extremely helpful, kind and patient with us as we are senior citizens

Exceptional customer service. Staff were wearing masks, social distancing and approached me as I had questions on products. The store was clean, had a sanitation station with masks and hand sanitizer. I appreciate the layout of the products as it made it very easy for me to find the products I needed and be finished quickly and safely.

My recent visit to HD was a piece of cake. I walked in, found the plumbing section quickly and also found my product with speed. Efficiency seems to be the hallmark. I have found parts and products here that were not available at the giant competitor's store. Keep up the great work

In this day and age, customer service cannot be underestimated. The workers are very willing to help, cheerful, and attentive to our needs. We didn't know what style of replacement light bulb we needed and the service man in that department was very helpful!

Ryan was very helpful in loading the door I purchased. The staff at this store is always happy and helpful.

I don't know why anyone would shop anywhere else. I would love to live at this store!

My only complaint about this store is don't place an order to be picked up on a future cause you'll run into delays and excuses!!!

Awesome store! I always prefer home depot stores and this is one of the cleanest with the friendliest employees!!!

I traditionally do not purchased anything from "big box retailers" like Home Depot. I only use these types of retailers for product and pricing information and then make the actual purchase at a small local retailer. Such was not the case today. I came in seeking information on a new lawnmower. I was approached by two employees who both answered my many questions. I was so impressed with the amount of attention I received that I actually purchased the product at Home Depot.

The store employees are the kindest and cheerful and that brings me back to this store all the time. Always ready to help you out with any questions.

The store itself is fine. My frustration is that each store is laid out just differently enough to make finding specific items a hassle.

Excellent service from young lady (Jordyn) in the paint department tonight. She worked diligently to get the exact paint color to match my sample!

This store is always well stocked, and full of friendly employees. We were helped by flooring specialist Linda who was a tremendous help with finding the best deals and making sure we had everything properly prepped for our basement project. Highly recommend this location.

The store was super clean the second time I came in the floors were being cleaned in the morning. Every employee I have been in contact with in this particular store they were super friendly and knew exactly where the product was that I was looking for.

Had a wonderful experience buying a garage door! The salesman, Kenneth, who took care of our order and gave us excellent advice on openers and types of doors was pleasant, knowledgeable and an asset to the store. Will certainly go back there and not to Lowe’s, where I couldn’t get anyone to help me!!

We had a huge mixup with an online order and gift cards. We took the paperwork in and Lynne took the time to get everything straightened out and properly credited. She was very knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. A plus for customer service!

Go see Carolyn in the carpet section if you have ANY questions or thoughts about installing new carpet. She is SO HELPFUL! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful!! My husband and I had 3 kids with us and she made it an easy and enjoyable experience! :)

The process of purchasing a washer and dryer was made simple by Todd who was knowledgeable and efficient. I am not surprised by the ease of my purchase as I have had similar experiences with the purchase of flooring, blinds, and a dishwasher. Obviously, the employees are well trained to be able to consistently provide a five star experience.
