The Gaithersburg (MD) store is a large, very crowded store that is tailored for the small contractor. Loud, dusty, and somewhat disheveled.

I frequent this location at least once every other day sometimes I’m in the store twice a day. No matter what I’m working on. It seems there’s always an employee that’s helpful and understands my task. They either have advice or point me in the right direction for what I need Linda who generally works around the check out is quick to direct people to the right our way to find what they need and is constantly keeping the checkout lines moving

I love coming to this store cause the staff are very helpful and willing to help.

I was looking for a gas leak detector and as per the website there should be 14 of them. When I checked in the store I could find only one with broken package. Stefan helped me find that there is a new box in top shelves, moved things around to make space of a ladder and then using ladder brought down the box of new meters. I am so grateful for his amazing attitude of service and helping customer.

Victor Moye, a flooring specialist is very knowledgeable and helpful for choosing materials for my flooring project.

Although the automatic propane tank exchange was out of filled tank, the staff helped me see if other tanks were available and quickly got my exchange taken care. Very helpful at this store!

This is one of the craziest, busiest HD stores I’ve ever shopped in. But the employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help!

The greatest feature that I see is that I am so comfortable with Home Depot at Gaithersburg. I always find what I am looking for, and the service is great. The staff help me to find anything that I want and any returns are simple, fast and friendly.

I had a good experience with the interaction with the sales staff in the store. They know the Isle and bay area where the product should be.

I say that this shopping experience was much better because of the good customer service (e.g., finding the right rep resulted in answering my questions and purchasing the right items). Also, the cashier was professional, informative, and transparent that resulted in savings $$$.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AT HOME DEPOT

Cashier named Tracy is inept & rude. Poor thing is not capable of performing basic cashier functions beyond simple scanning of bar codes that I can do myself via self checkout. Despite her incompetence, Tracy displayed the attitude of a diva. Linda, whom Tracy called over to "explain" to me why I couldn't get my military discount was intentionally unhelpful and offensively condescending. Linda misrepresented herself as THE manager--possibly so I wouldn't raise my complaint about them to the actual store manager (named Jackson). The fact that they could be so rude to a 20+ year military veteran on Memorial Day constitutes the supreme insult. [Store # 2550 in Gaithersburg, MD 29877]

I had to make multiple trips and each time I found wonderful employees willing to help me. The place is always a zoo, and parking is horrible, but it's still my favorite place.

The checkout staff (Ti YAS), was going out of his way to get people to come over to his less-busy lane.

Our family moved to this area 54 years ago. We have purchased many quality productss that Home Depot has provided over those years. Home Depot, we are glad you are there.

This is a convenient location, but getting in and out of parking lot is a nightmare. Employees are great, but shelves are often empty or blocked, and parking is terrible.

Everything I bought at the store is perfect.

Doing some home remodeling and happy to say I am able to find most of the items required at my local store. Staff have been super helpful too.

It is nice to come to a store that has long term employees and friendly faces.
