Purchased a GE Washer at the Home Depot on a Friday Night 9:30 PM. We planned on going when they first opened at 6 AM on Saturday morning and decideed to get Friday night instead. Very pleasant experience. Ashley was very helpful walking us throught the purchase and delivery process!! I have shopped at this Home Depot for many years and have never had a complaint. The process was always pleaseant!

I purchased a top brand Washer & Dryer from HomeDepot online and I unfortunately had to cancel the order due to the dimensions on washer. I walked into Home Depot and a representative / manager provided me additional information on a different brand with excellent quality to help me reorder a new set of washer & dryer with the correct dimensions and have been very pleased with my purchase. This manager turned over my sale to a cabinet / kitchen person to help check me out quickly. I am very pleased with this purchase from a prior date this year.

I’m a do-it-yourself guy and make a lot of trips to Home Depot stores. The customer service in this one is the best I have ever experienced! Employees Ruth & Kobe went above & beyond to help me get what I needed, even though it was “hidden” in the back of a high shelf!

Terri, our checkout lady was awesome! She was chipper even though she was trying to handle two work stations.

I use this Home Depot quite frequently and have always found the employees to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is always in good shape and they seem to have a good selection of the things that I need.

Lost my money clip and employee, Jesus, found it and turned it in with nothing in it untouched. What a hardworking trusting employee!! They reached out to me that evening and let me know. Placed an order at closing time and the Home Depot team was very helpful and nice to get it in for me. Outstanding service!!

The great attitudes of the employees were great. There were items missing, there were price difference. Normally, Id go into a store and say do you price match and they look down their nose at me and take a strenuous amount of time and energy to avoid discounting anything. It was as it should be. Quick, easy and efficient. We showed Terri the prices, she matched them, gave my husband military discount and did an amazing job. The gentlemen at the front were nice too. Very helpful.

Visited the garden center as I have done countless times before. Had the pleasure of being checked out by Shaynna. Wow!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable and just plain. Ice. Something that is severely lacking today in employees. Thank you for making my day!!

It is to hot in the store

When product did not ring up at the price on the shelf, I was told that was not the correct product, even though descriptions matched. Asked if they could get me the correct product, they came back and said they do not have any. However, there was no other price tag for the product that theu said was incorrect.

Military discounts were once a real complicated and not so friendly thing to use. Now, simply entering my phone number at checkout has streamlined and completely resolved the problem of use. Thank you.

My purchases were from the garden center, which was so clean and neatly arranged. Very easy to navigate with the cart.

Leonard from flooring department volunteered to assist me with garden center 12 miracle grow bags. I was very grateful and impressive with his wonderful customer service.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores..so much to look at ...Great prices and a good variety of options are available for you. Love it. I bought 2 of my storm doors from home depot. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. Also a washer and dryer..floors..plants. It's my one stop shop. Love it.

Home depot usally has everything that I need for home improvement task

For the first time in many years I was disappointed in the customer service associate on the floor in Lumber. When I ask a question he told me to put it on a cart by myself and I wanted all 35 boxes of sheetrock mud that was on 1 pallet. The good thing is that the supervisor addressed it right away when I told him.

Product readily available and easy to find.

I bought paver stones at Home Depot and a store employee came over to put them in my basket then load them in my car. I was very appreciative.

We bought a Samsung washer and dryer set from Jose in Galveston. We live in Port Bolivar and apparently it’s a little more tricky to set up in the system for delivery but Jose handled it like a champ! While we were waiting my one and half year old became restless, but again without skipping a beat Jose saved the day. He engaged with my son and kept him happy and laughing during the whole process. It’s great employees that make a business great! Thanks, Jose, for the pleasant shopping experience!

Everyone at this location is friendly and ready to help. Have never seen anyone with a surly attitude. I really appreciate the help.
