associates at the paint desk are super nice and helpful! Also Donald at the flooring department . But for the most part the other employees look like they are just trying to get by and seem like they are indifferent to the customers

sometimes this store is hard to get to because of the traffic on 61st street, but usually it is great.

Generally, it's very acceptable. However, it's the only main big box home improvement store on Galveston Island, so we don't have much choice in many matters. I do not like that they seem ambivalent to people bringing their dogs (obvious NOT service dogs) into the store.

I was looking at the nite lights and there were many to choose. I wasn’t sure which one I was going to purchase. An associate came up and wanted to know if I needed any help. He explained several. You would think this would be a simple purchase. I chose the one that was the most energy efficient. I haven’t bought a night light in many years! Very friendly guy. So was the cashier!

Our Home Depot store is a very good store. Most of the employees go out of their way to help you locate things that are kind of hard to find. The only problem I occassionally have is getting heavy things loaded or reaching things that are over my head. Our store is clean and the employees are helpful.

Mrs. Byrd’s outstanding service, both today and yesterday, was absolutely superb! She was attentive and very kind, when someone wasn’t willing to help us. Thank you Mrs. Byrd for all of your hard work!

I have never had such a good experience before at any Home Depot. Valerie in the garden department was great, helping me with all I needed to plant some shrubs I purchased. I recently moved from another state, so was unfamiliar with the needs for planting in the Gulf climate. She had a wealth of information to offer. Can’t speak more highly of my experience.

Sparkling clean aisles and easily available products. The employees at this store are friendly, happy and attentive from the time you enter the door to the time you check out.

Extra effort by a customer service employee and a supervisor resulted in satisfaction for me and a $400 sale for Home Depot. Went beyond my expectations.

We have had great customer service and terrible customer service at this store in the same visit. More frustrating is when we go and they are out of something we went for (it's about 10 miles from our home)--often something pretty basic. Often things have been opened and are still for sale although parts are missing or the product is damaged.

This store has just about everything a person needs for upgrading and repairing just about any home or business item that needs repair. The checkout time is always quick and if you need help loading heavy items on your cart there will always be someone to assist. If you get several items there will always be someone to help you load the items in your vehicle.

I spoke with an associate named James on my way and he assured me I could be in and out in a timely manner I really appreciate him taking time to help me get my microwave hood I payed for it back in the appliance department He even placed it in my car I really appreciate it him thank you
