While shopping at my local Home Depot, the customer service that i needed from their crew went above and beyond my initial expectations. The young lady working the customer service desk, Ashley, worked hard and efficiently to accomplish what i needed to get done through their customer support. I will definitely be shopping here again based off of my experience with their customer service.

We had to pick out a complete kitchen appliances and Elena was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable, despite being a few hour task.

Lost house key, Cat rekeyed my deadbolt and made extra keys for my family. I am 73 year old female that lives alone and was very concerned. She calmed my fears restored my security and peace of mind. Exceptional customer service. Please recognize her.

Clark went above and beyond normal service expectations to help us with a hand truck flat tire.

I needed paint mixed from some tiny samples I was able to get from my walls. Ndea was working in the paint department and did a fantastic job of matching my colors PERFECTLY!! BEYOND excited that I could finish my project and it looked great!

The customer service at this location has always been above and beyond! This visit, for example, Mary could not be more polite and helpful when we first walked in. I live in a Senior Housing complex on Manhattan Ave, not far from the Gandy Store. A few of us old girls are planting flowers in pots to brighten the surrounding for the residents. Well We have been buying your plants (little by little) and we now have a courtyard with 7 pots of colorful flowers and we have several hanging baskets. Needless to say, residents stroll by and check out the new additions and really enjoy seeing colorful flowers. We have also added a flag post and flag, which we change for every holiday. Your garden shop is perfect for us. easy to get to and every thing we need.

SNAKE-A-WAY is such a great product. I have been buying it for the past three years. Sorry no photo.

The casher pushed print for my receipt and I wanted to Email and print. Then he stated I would have to go to customer service and return all the items and rebuy them to fix it. Had he waited for the customer to respond and him not make an assumption I would be a little more happier, but I am not this is why a "1" Star review at this location - never going back either.

Wated 25 minutes in the paint department to Get paint mix with no success. The staff doesn’t care.

I had no idea about unclogging showers but your employee Rickey explained everything in a simple manner. I unclogged my showers and bathroom sinks and I’m confident I can do my toilets

As I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a super friendly cashier who asked if she could help me and I asked where the big pots were and she directed me to the wall where I found the next super amazing employee who helped me from start to finish even directing me down the aisle to where the clearance items were. That was exactly what I was looking for and I was so appreciative of their help as a woman I needed a woman to help me. The friendliness and even her superhuman strength getting those big heavy bags of dirt into my truck were amazing. Thank you Ro and Marcia

My favorite HomeDepot in S. Tampa. Great, friendly, and helpful employees. Very clean and organized store. Always an excellent experience when I shop at this location.

First time to this location. Seems much larger than the other home depots I frequent. Good variety and could actually find workers easily.

If you need plumbing supplies this store is very organized and has knowledgeable staff. We had a great experience.

The customer service was top notch! Everyone said hello and asked if I needed any assistance. This allowed me to find what I was looking for much faster. Also, the outdoor power tools I purchased are amazing and helped me efficiently complete my tasks! Will be going back in the future. The store was extremely clean!!!!!!

I shop at this Home Depot a lot; employees are always friendly and I can generally get in and out with what I need each visit. Ben in paint became a favorite of mine after going above and beyond in helping me with product choice for a project I was working on. Overall a great store to shop at.

Some employees are not friendly.

I just have to say that I do love the store and yes I could have done curbside pick up but I had two store credits I wanted to use; plus I deserve to go into the store anyway no matter the mood of my kids. My goal was to get out of there before the thunderstorm started. Yes my kids were having tantrums but no employee tried to help me to get out of there as soon as possible. And for one employee to approach me and questioned me with a “What is going on?” In front of others Wow!!! Is this how parents are treated I have no problem driving a mile away to your competitor. I will not tolerate someone questioning me if I can or cannot control my kids. My goal was to get in and out a storm was coming; I wasn’t even there for more than 15 minutes. (And that includes a bathroom trip) And I don’t have to explain myself. He doesn’t know why we were there; why I didn’t leave my kids with someone. I have no family near me; I never do. I go where we are order to go every two to three years. After I paid I couldn’t get out there as fast as possible and I cried all the way home. Shaming me for my kids tantrums is like saying I have fail as a MOM which is the worst someone can say to me. The employees at Home Depot on Gandy are very helpful. I was especially impressed by how Venessa Dotman was instrumental in aiding me with the purchase of two storm doors and setting up installation. When one of the doors was found to be defective, she resolved the issue in a timely manner. I am very pleased with her professionalism.

Jodee is a great employee and offers excellent customer service. A true joy to be around and such a positive and friendly way about her.
