Store is very organized and easy to navigate through, well stocked, staff is very helpful and courteous.

If I could copy and paste it I would, but suffice it to say that I was helped by two very friendly and competent people and checked out by a cashier who actually seemed to like her job. I appreciate all three of them for making my Sunday project a little less daunting!

Great store especially compared to one located closer to my home in Clearwater. I was in the Gandy Blvd. are helping a friend do some fixes on her house so we had the pleasure of going to this store. The store is very clean, everything is clearly marked and assistance was available when I needed it. The greeter, Scott, is super nice and helpful. He doesn't just say "hello," he can guide you to the right aisle to find just what you need and if he doesn't know, he's not afraid to ask. A shout out goes to Customer Service (both Irma and ???, tall woman with dark hair, glasses and an accent - forgot her name :( I had to go to the store 4 different times to get the right pieces for various jobs in day. The two women in customer service greeted me with a smile and gave me no problems returning items. Another shout out to Tito, cashier for getting me in and out quickly and then taking the initiative to come out and help Oliver load my car with my new patio set!! When I had to return, Henry was more than happy to help with out with a large fire pit box. Everyone that day helped get me in and out of the store by helping me find items, checking me out quickly and helping me load my car!! Thank you!!

Your survey says, I was not satisfied with customer service, this is not an accurate statement. I'm not satisfied with the lack of employees to give service, and it is an insult to your customers along with each and every one of your employees to have 4 self check outs open without any cashiers checking people out in the other 6 lanes....

Staff is always helpful and there is a great selection of products. Store is close to the house so i frequently visit here.

My gratitude to associate Ro for guiding me through the various departments and sticking with me. I was able to find everything on my long list from pressure treated plywood to a door lock and drywall screws. It made my trip efficient and quite pleasant. Ro and other associates, like Don in the wood department, took the time to help on a day when folks were busy gathering hurricane supplies. Thank you.

Everyone at this store has always been more than helpful. it is a clean and well organized store and if you cannot find an item there is always someone to assist.

My husband walked the whole store to find assistance, when he was lucky to find someone they could not help us, we were treated badly, employees could not answer simple questions. Would never go to this store again, if I could give 0 stars I would. My local store is worth 10 stars, we drove to this one to get item that was in stock, next time I will go without rather than face such poor service.

The store can not deliver on their guarantee. I purchased carpet and was told by the employee it would be delivered within 5 days of the purchase. The installation company told me they could not install the carpet until 10 days after the purchase. I called home depot and spoke with the employee that sold me the carpet and the crappy guarantee and was informed by him I should have read the fine print. I can not find any fine print on my paper work or on the website. He also informed me I was one of the unlucky ones who did not get what I paid for. I will never shop Home Depot again!

Great store, helpful employees. Never had problem finding the thing I needed. Smaller layout some things don't have many facings, but generally they have what you need when you need it.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. This group of people at the Gandy Home Depot are very special. Tim and Jason never fail to go above and beyond to teach me and my wife about building techniques and ways to get the job done. We come to them with a home improvement job we want to do and we walk out with everything we need from start to finish. Anthony, Hector, Leo, and I forgot the other young gentlemens name (tall, light colored hair) always are smiling, energetic and eager to help. I cant forget about all the other staff who are also helpful and show my dogs love and spoil them with treats!!!

The store is always clean and they have a great selection of house products. The Garden Center has a good amount of plants. I have bought all my tropical plants from this store at good prices. The associates are friendly and very helpful. I love shopping at this store for all my house needs.

My husband and I are both retired military. What an honor to shop at this store. They are so respectful to those who serve. Today I had such a pleasant experience where both Mark and Joseph L. provided superior customer service. They are the difference makers! Professional appearance, attentive posture, mannerly, team-players, knowledgeable combined with gracious and friendly service,! I love my Home Depot!

Well staffed store, good inventory, easy layout and ample parking. Check out is self-serve or attendant. Helpful staff. I travel a little bit further to use this particular store.

My experience at the Gandy Home Depot was great. Christina, the employee who assisted me was AWESOME. she was very patient, professional and meticulous. Though I have several Home Depot's closer to my home, I always frequent the store on Gandy because of the cleanliness, configuration of the products and professionalism of the employees. I highly recommend this store!!!
