I tried to purchase a rototiller online for curbside pick-up. Because there was limited stock, the website said to contact the store for availability or order online for delivery in get it in over 2 weeks. I called the store & verified they had it and purchased it. I noticed that the price didn't seem right & questioned the cashier, but he ignored me, so I figured I would go home & check the website & call the store. I called the store & was told in no uncertain terms that the prices online are not the in-store prices & I should have said something then. I need to return it, and repurchase it for FREE delivery -they would even help me take it out of the truck. The price difference is over $80. The customer service for this purchase was extremely poor. The attitude of the associates was disappointing.

We make continuous trips to Home Depot in Peoples Plaza. This store is always filled with the kindest workers and they are always quick to lend a hand to help you find something or provide some tips on how to complete a project that you might not have thought about. We appreciate this team and all the wonderful options the store is always stocked!

Always neat and clean, usually always fully stocked. Kevin is great if you need help with any tools, keys or lockset assistance.

Over the past 21 years that I've been dealing with this particular Home Depot store, they have always been tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate them.

This store is almost always understaffed. The manager is not open to suggestions. He will not order Home Depot paper bags even if you tell him about it as I did personally. It feels as if they are doing you a favor by letting buy things there. Some employees are downright nasty and mean. The only reason I come here is because it is conveniently close to my home. Very disappointing.

It didn't matter which area I was in. There was always an associate nearby, happy and eager to assist me!

Associates in plumbing and flooring were very knowledgeable & helpful at this store. I went to the other competitor, starts with an L, and could not locate a single associate. Also, prices at L are significantly higher.

This review is about the store and not any product that I purchased. The store is well lit. The aisle I walked were very clean. The three salespersons that I encounter were all genuinely nice, polite and helpful. These things all made up for a wonderful and worthy trip to this HomeDepot

I purchased plants for two families that had funerals. Much better value than far few and in between florist shops. Will.not be my last time. I've already gone back for my own plants. ( only thing is they can't adjust pricing for the very limited plants that aren't thriving as well as all the others).. said they're not Home depot's.

On 7/2/23 I brought my circular saw into the Glasgow Store #1603, Tool Rental Dept. I was having a problem getting my new blade that I just bought to properly tighten. Larry and Dumas figured out what the problem and I was on my way. Thank you both! Your knowledge and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Well done, gentlemen!

My husband ordered 3 boxes of flooring that I came up pick up. The boxes were heavy so I asked for help. After waiting a total of 15 minutes and going back in to ask for help again I finally gave up and ask a stranger to help me load the 3 boxes. The help I needed never came from this store.

I bought a garden cart and two employees were so extremely helpful measuring my car and making sure it would fit. They ended up taking it out of the box and I would not thought of doing that, so nice!!!

Ray at Home Depot is the answer man. I shop at Home Depot because I know I'm getting the right tool and materials to complete a project successfully. I very much appreciate having Ray available to provide those guidance tips - better than Google, or Youtube! Thank you!

Came in today and all my needs were attended to by staff

I had many things to shop for tonight. Every employee who helped me pretty much went above and beyond. The paint lady help me clean up paint that I spilled. The guy in the flooring department helped me find stuff in the landscaping department, and the checkout lady was extremely helpful as well in checking out Sarah V at the self check out assisted me as my SKU number was not scanning. And told me about the survey. Kudos to all of you there. Thank you so much for making shopping there a joy and pleasure.

I have not been able to give this mower a test under combat load, but I own other similar mowers, which is what prompted me to buy this one.

Andrew in appliances was very knowledgeable and took his time - ended up buying LG kitchen packages for 2 homes.....deliveries also went very well. A very positive experience
