Clean store, great people, they are doing their best with handling things with the virus. pick up at the curb is working well.

I enjoy shopping at the Glasgow Store. They always have what you need and can get it for you fast if they have to order something for you. The associates are always pleasant, respectful, courteous, and go out of their way to help. The store is always neat and clean. I have no trouble finding what I need and someone is usually close by to help.

Prior experiences at this location have been great. Recently purchase carpet and install for entire second floor. Based on that experience, I purchased all new kitchen appliances. Paid for delivery, haul away, of all appliances; and install of new microwave. Was told by sale person that delivery crew would remove old microwave and install new unit. Took off work that day to accommodate the delivery window of 4 hours. Was told by delivery team that they would not be removing or installing microwave. Apparently, that is subcontracted to another company. Not what I was told at time of purchase. Now I have to be inconvenienced, and miss work again to accommodate another contractor's 4 hours window. As for the install team, they did not properly level the electric range. In addition, when I asked them about connecting the water line for the ice maker, they said they didn't have the needed adapter. They also failed to properly unpack the fridge, leaving the tape, cardboard, and foam; inside of the unit. When I removed the packing from the inside, in plain sight was the needed water line adapter. Poor job by the sale person and a poor job by the delivery team.

This store is organized and staff is pretty helpful and friendly. We never have any issues with any returns. This is our go-to home improvement store.

I am a frequent visitor to this Home Depot. One of the primary reasons is the people who work in the store. I have been privileged to have made a number of friends at the store due to their friendliness, their knowledge, and their willingness to go out of their way to help.

The store is neat and organized. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Jackie was in the check out area of the store and was both pleasant, kind and ensured I had everything I needed and my experience was great!

Store is always stock with sufficient amount of a variety of items, also store employees very helpful and friendly.

I actually had an issue with a plumbing hose being in the incorrect spot, so the price wasn't what I thought it would be. The associate at checkout, Hana, not only trouble shot the issue, but found coverage so that she could walk back to the location of the part to figure things out. She was super attentive and very willing to help.

Extremely pleased with the service that we received last night 2/4/20. The best experience that we have experienced so far, especially the very nice, polite and friendly cashier/assistant. I do not remember her name but we were there between 4:30-5:00 p.m. on 2/4/20. She deserves an "Employee of the Month" reward for sure because it was very busy and she was the only clerk there helping check out! Outstanding woman.

Website and inventory don't agree. Big waste of time. If you're a contractor, stay away, you won't be able to get what you want and the time wasted can't be recovered.

when you order an appliance and are told it will be delivered on the 16th between 12:30 and 4:30 then that is when it should arrive NOT 4-5 days later.

The only employees that are an asset to the store are the cashiers.

Very helpful from the time you step foot in the store. Everyone seems happy to be there and that creates a wonderful atmosphere. I appreciate all the help I get when I'm there.

The item I came for was not readily available on the shelf; however, the associate working in that department immediately checked and told me it was available. He got a set of portable stairs and got me one from the storage area on top of the shelves. Very polite and we had a good conversation about the tools I was buying. Cashier was extremely polite, courteous and friendly.

Service and people are the best out of all the stores I goto glad they the closest to me I drive 13 miles one way all the time goes to show how much lowes can't compete I'm 9 tenths of a mile for one worth the 13mile trip for even if it's a 2×4 and been doing it for years

Patrick and Glenn were helpful during my purchase and visit. The Young Ladies at the customer service are helpful, professional, courteous, and pleasant. The gentlemen in the parking lot helped me load my stuff into my SUV and told me have a great day. This made me return to buy more building materials, Pre-Hung Exterior Door, Locksets, Hardwood Floors, Behr Premium Paint, Screws, 2x4, 11 Sheets of Plywood.

The employees are very helpful. You can actually find a representative to help you. The store is set up so that you can find items easily and quickly. Check out is easy and there is always a lane open.

Home depot corporation is not customer focused I feel bad for your store employees they try but can’t do anything that corporate doesn’t approve. Bring back Homer!!
