Alexis Rios who does not work in the area of kitchen appliances but in cabinetry was available and willing to assist me with purchasing my urgently needed refrigerator. Not only did he know how to speak English but knowing that he also spoke Spanish was extremely helpful since there were words that I did not know how to say them in English. He took his time to answer all of my questions and advised me appropriately with which product would suit my needs. I'm extremely grateful that he was available at the time when I was in desperate need. I did not want all of my food to spoil so Alexis assisted me to find a temporary solution until my new fridge got delivered. I was able to get a smaller fridge which was not expensive at all and which I will use in the near future.

The store is amazing for finding supplies and equipment to do you own home repairs and improvements. But, unless you are very handy, stay away from getting appliances there. They use third-party installers and no one bears responsibility for your ultimate satisfaction. This is how they left my dryer plug at installation:

Whenever I shop at this location, the store is clean and bright. The employees seem interested in helping and offering suggestions related to my purchase needs. And, checkout is usually fast, with an employees standing by to assist at the self checkout registers as well.

For the most part for the years I have been doing business with this location(I do visit other locations) it has been a pleasure. Associates are very pleasant and helpful. Selection. usually good and store kept clean. Sometimes you will find items placed in wrong bins so check that item is what you want. Phoning the store not always the best you need to go in person.

I was searching for filters for our home furnace and a woman employee led me to the proper aisle. We had a nice conversation on the way.

We dealt with two different employees in Millwork in the process of ordering our doors. Both were outgoing, nice, smart and obviously knew their jobs! We are also using Home Depot Installation Services, and we feel so confident that the job will be done right!

I was recently in the Glastonbury home Depot and needed help with a bulk purchase. Luis at the pro desk was outstanding . He was able to help me with the large order (100 boxes vinyl plank flooring) and worked with the home Depot credit card company (Citi card) to help increase my limit to cover the entire purchase. He was a real pleasure to work with and made my experience a great one

We live close to the Glastonbury store, so it is a frequent stop for things. I can't remember ever going and not being assisted by a courteous, well informed associate.

I find the website easy and helpful. I find the store clean, items always in stock, the staff friendly, helpful and usually find other things I need that get thrown in the cart.

I have been there throughout the week buying Halloween decor. The staff have been super kind and helpful in assisting me with the high in demand products I have been looking for. They truly are amazing.

The Glastonbury Home Depot is a great place to shop. People are very friendly and very very clean.

I BOUGHT GARDEN TOOLS ,AND OTHER HOME REQUIRED MAINTENANCE PRODUCTS.

I'll start going to other resources for lumber and parts. I think some of your young employees need to be better trained. Some have an "I'm smarter than you' attitude and pay more attention to their social needs than the customer in front of them. Lisa at the Pro desk was definitely better equipped and patient to deal with people. Thank you, Lisa.

As a general rule, most retail establishments are mediocre at best. Our Home Depot in Glastonbury is exceptionally well run, not perfect by any stretch, but above and beyond expectations in many ways. It is clear that efforts are being made to get customer service people to be more outgoing, helpful, welcoming, and attentive, and I appreciate it!

Shelves are in good order. Bathrooms are clean, too.

Always have what I need in stock.

Today I was shopping I get beautiful flowers mulch and others stuff but I was looking new parts for my machine and I left my shop car unattended no even 10 minutes later I came my car was gone I ask the staff they don’t help or check on the radio I was so frustrated they want me get the stuff again but how to get the car gone again I try to be polite but hope they learn as others stores they workers are ask first to anyone around before they remove anything

My daughter and I went to look for plants and weed killer etc. I had no idea where anything was and one staff member was so nice and knowledgeable. She brought me around the store and showed me where everything I needed was. She went out of her way to help me. Also the store was very clean! All the staff are very nice that I have encountered.
