Everyone is always helpful at this store.

This store has a serious cart shortage because there are so many full carts for will call stacked and jammed in the lumber isle to the point where you CANNOT safely load lumber. You can barely push a cart down the isle if you’re lucky enough to find an empty cart.

Lovely enviorment and very helpful

I was very pleased to find a fan, healthy plants and indoor gardening tools (with Charlene's help) available for my office though Summer is officially over.

Live this store/location. Has everything and more. Nursery/plants are always a hit for me.

poor customer service today. Not the usual i expect from this store. I needed something that had to be gotten with a forklift. This was early morning, store was not busy. I waited 20 to 30 min before they called again for someone to come get these items. These were 80lb blocks. After they got them and put them in place, no one asked to help me load them on the cart, or to my car and trailer. Was very disappointed.

Great experience with David Willis. Very knowledgeable and bought all our Laundry and Kitchen appliances in one afternoon.

Customer service is bad. Spent over 20 mins. trying to get a key made and was put off by employees. Didn't offer to call someone to help. I am going to another store next time. Too bad I had to give this store a star as today they did not deserve it.

We received exceptional service when choosing our Washer/Dryer at this location. Fast service from an employee with a great positive/upbeat attitude (which is so important in these times today I feel). He made it very easy for us to get done what we needed to get done in a timely manner. He made our purchase STRESS FREE! I would definitely go back here again.

Associate was not interested in assisting me. Line to check out in Garden was ridicoulous with only one register open. It's summer and 90 degrees out!

Leilani is a stellar employee. She helped me find what I needed and even pulled it out of under the shelf for me. She was kind, understanding and patient.

Great location and good staff

I can honestly say that the Home Depot employees that works at the Home Depot of Glastonbury Connecticut, goes above and beyond to help their customers!

I have been shopping here since they opened..my go to place from lumber to appliances to flowers and decor!

Went to store to purchase three ring camera's and a storm door I was trying to help my 91 year old mother with buying the mentioned products. We were able to purchase the ring camera's because the elderly female associate helped us but when we went to isle 33 and the mill works department no one wanted to assist us. We asked for the ASM (Manager) he could be so bothered so we walked out after standing in the isle for more that 20 minutes. we were passed buy numerous associates walking by not helping anyone. The funny thing is that the store was not very busy.

Very clean store, attentive staff and friendly environment for a first time homeowner to encounter.

I waited in line to checkout in garden on a busy Sunday, the cashier asked the person un front of me if they wanted to up grade their Home Depot card, and get up to $75. OFF their purchase. She said this process would take about 3 minutes, 15 minutes later, I am still waiting to be cashed out. The cashier was did not apologize. Not good customer service.

Our experience in buying a microwave was pleasant, efficient and pressure-free. We felt confident that we had made the right decision.

One thing I can say for sure........Dave W. In appliances is the BEST EVER!!!! He is very knowledgeable about the products, is very attentive to listening to the customer needs, and is very thorough throughout the purchasing process. I buy appliances there BECAUSE of Dave.

I came into Home Depot to buy a fence and Jared provided me exceptional service and was very informative. He was very knowledgeable on fences and ensured that I was buying the right amount of posts per panel. Thanks to him, I left feeling very satisfied and will definitely be returning to this Home Depot. I wish more people could be more like Jared!

Professional, clean, address customer concerns

I needed new counters for my kitchen and to change wall color Alexis was sooooo helpful he gave me many ideas and showed the quality of each counters and what was the best outlook which was a nightmare for me to decide and he was patient with I left the homedepot store with a purchase and I was very very happy with the outcome.

I would recommend two employees at this store if you are working on any painting projects. Their names are Zory & Myran. They were awesome to work with! They were so helpful and informative. They dedicated a huge amount of time assisting me in selecting the right paint colors, the items that I needed to complete my project etc. I am sure I was some what of a challenge to work due to my pickiness in choosing colors and lack of education in the DIY area but they continued to help me and I left with more knowledge then I came in with. They were so respectful and helpful. I will go to this location to work with these two employees for ALL my future painting projects and there will be several. (I just bought a house)

We were looking for a fridge and dishwasher and Nancy B in appliances thankfully noticed we were needing assistance in buying our appliances. Her level of attention to our needs was excellent and she truly listened to what we needed. We were not pressured in any way during our purchases and ended up feeling like we made a new friend when we left the store.
