I bought a Milwaukee 21” self propelled battery lawnmower less than a year ago. There were problems with the mower and Milwaukee addressed them and fixed them under the warranty after I drove 45 mins from Baltimore to Greenbelt. However, I had to go without a lawnmower for 10 days and was unable to run my lawn service because of it. After getting the mower back, the motor assembly/blades broke off of the unit and Milwaukee was going to make me drive back to the service center again and wait another 10 days to get it repaired. I did not want this ‘lemon’ anymore. And refused to go thru that process again. Luckily cashier Jullian & Robyn stepped up to the plate and took care of business the way it’s supposed to be done. She processed my return immediately and that enabled me to buy a Toro 30” lawn mower from a company that knows how to build quality lawn care tools.

I absolutely love the help I receive from Dawn and Rhonda. They def know their paint. We shop here at least 3 times a week for work.

I went in the store today to buy a few things for a small technical project. My company was working on Tom. The assistant manager you were everything was the two young people at checkout were phenomenal. Not sure they would like their names plastered all over the Internet anyway it’s worth a drive to go here And I live in Lutherville Timonium and that store is gone downhill since the other store manager left and the new and took over highly recommend gold Ring Mall store. It’s the Home Depot old people know what they’re doing and go either way to help you.

I purchased new appliances on this trip and Katrinia was awesome. This is my local branch and I shop here often for a variety of things and my trips aren’t always as pleasant. I came in very late may be about 15 to 20 minutes before closing and she was kind from the very beginning she took her time. Help me find the perfect washer and dryer unit, she did not rush me. She went into every single detail that she could even after my stuff arrive. She gave me pointers and advice when things to check before my delivery people leave and stuff like that she was a great help that night and other employees should take note from her on how to treat customers . My husband and I were searching all day for a new appliance. We went to several stores and it’s because of the exceptional customer service provided to us by Bob in Appliances that we made our purchase and could not be happier.

We had a great shopping experience! Erik the cashier noticed we were ready to get our tree wrapped and called for assistance, Jeremiah arrived to save the day! He assisted with trimming the top and bottom of the tree. He also wrapped and placed the tree on a cart for us to get it to our car easier! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I walked in. An Associate promptly helped to get the machine I bought. Respectful and Considerate and Great. Check out was very quick and simple.

It was the eve of Thanksgiving and I’d previously heard of a sale at The Home Depot. I haven’t been to Home Depot in a while, but a sale price on a patio heater sparked my interest. Before going to the store, I checked the availability online first, and it indicated HD had about 11 left. It was near closing time when I arrived at the store. I looked for the aisle location on my phone to find I was right at the correct aisle. I looked around for about 2 minutes and didn’t see any of the heaters. I asked an associate if he could help me locate one if any were left. I showed him the item on my phone and he asked for the SKU number and stated they’re still in stock. We went to another aisle and he found them, in a sealed pallet at the top of the rack. I think I audibly said “Ahh” and to my surprise he said “I could get it for you” and I told him “thanks, but I know you guys are about to close”. He said, “it’s not a problem”. At about 8:55pm I hear the repetitive “Beep” sound from a forklift and it was the associate walking before another associate on a forklift. They got the heater for me and I was walking out of the store with my heater right around the store closing time of 9pm. I wrote all this to say in a time when customer service seems dead, my local Home Depot showed me customer service is not dead at all. Thanks to the two gentleman that helped me that night.

Jennifer was very pleasant and patient upon checking out. She made my Home Depot shopping experience which I usually dread much more enjoyable.

I purchased a 95% energy efficient boiler and an 87% energy efficient boiler was installed. Now no one answers my emails or returns my calls.

I bought 3 LG products and was excited to have them in my home. Bob M. Was a great help

The self checkout is terrible.

I bought a refrigerator and asked if Can I add take away services later? It was very difficult to get that done after I was told I could. The manager was very rude and arrogant.

Tried to look at Ryobi trimmer. Was locked up. Had to get someone to open. Chose to purchase and started to put in my cart, only to be told that they would have to take it to the register for me. I said forget it. If you want to stop retail theft, get rid of self checkout, hire cashiers and guards to stand at exits to stop people if anti-theft alarm goes off. Don't treat good people like criminals.

I was greeted just as I entered the store. The associate asked if I needed any assistance with finding anything. I told him what I needed and he escorted me to the aisle and asked if I needed any further assistance. I said I was good and he thanked me for visiting the store and allowing him to assist me. I wasn't in the store ten minutes! Thank you Home Depot. See you next time.

James in garden is to be commended for his top tier customer service. From my initial phone call to my in store experience, James made the entire process quick and easy. Daisha at the service desk and Edward who helped load my vehicle also went above and beyond and all three of them should be recognized and rewarded for their stellar efforts. They are all a huge asset to your company.

Bria, the cashier, was super friendly and helpful. I was using my Pro point and was having a tough time with the transaction. Bria quickly stepped in and assisted with a big smile. Great customer service... Thank you Bria !!

The Golden Ring store is a little tough driving into and out of. That is the only main down fall. The store is great outside of that.

I really appreciate the sales associates that recognized my needs and acknowledged my presence. Also when I had to make a return, Ms Heather Jones-Stokes helped me checking out the right product when I had difficulty.
