Every staff person with whom I had interaction at THIS store was pleasant and effective, from the Service desk lady who helped me quickly meet Lighting's knowledgeable and helpful "Chad", to the gent in hardware who helped me locate a particular fastener, to the traffic director in the COVID line, who not only spoke clearly and politely with sufficient volume to be heard by the next person, but cheerfully offered to assist if needed at the self-checkout (declined). This in direct contrast to White Marsh #2502's somewhat grumpy floor staff and, in the case of their line "traffic director," a downright rude and officious attitude, actually shouting AT customers who may or may not have been complying with her orders, likely out of misunderstanding.

Mr. and Mrs. William and Nicole Staten are always pleased to obtain all of the store items selected during our weekly visits. It is a pleasure to have friendly staff members and obtain electronic seated shopping carts to make our visit fun and memorable.

I am done with going to the Rosedale /Golden Ring store, I want to use self check-out to get out quickly, but was forced to stand in line with customers who use cashiers. I had to wait 15 minutes just so I could use self check-out.

Great Store.

The store was not well stocked and there weren’t many items to select from in the garden area. I did not think the store was well maintained and it was difficult to find an associate when I needed assistance. The cashier seemed uninterested and there seemed to be much apathy for the job.

Always a great experience. In my experience the staff have always been knowledgeable and ready to help.

Never Ever in my life have I been told by a STORE MANAGER to STEAL A CANDY TO MAKE MY KID HAPPY... She was very rude and this attitude is unacceptable. I will NEVER shop at this store again

product i was looking for was out of stock. but had to buy something else that my choice of product. the was neat and staff was able to help as much as they can. The gentle man at the gate directing customers was good and very friendly. he was very friendly. i could not get his name.

This store is not near my home. I was in the area and decided to shop at this home depot store. All home depot stores are very clean and the staff always knowledgeable.

Disappointed that they don't sell stand alone humidifiers or cleaners for humidifiers. Had to take a trip to Lowe's in White Marsh to get what I needed.

Very resourceful and employees are very helpful

I was making a purchase with a Home Depot store credit card and was having difficulties. Jennifer R. the associate on the self check out was quick to see my issues and promptly came over to help. She was super friendly and had a great smile. I was soon headed out with my purchase completed. Jennifer R. is a great example of excellent customer service. Way to go Jennifer R.!!!

The garden department is my go-to for yard work, planting and outdoor decorating needs. Well-stocked shelves, and able associates.

cleanest lumber department for a busy store I've ever seen and all the supervisors and managers are very involved with customers. I can always find what I need when I come to this store, whereas others are out of stock much more often

Very few Home depot employees that can actually help. Find them and you are bound to have an excellent day...

Perfect location & clean store

The management is great.Is one of the best store! The employee's attitude is professional and respectful .They are very well trained! Very good products variety . The store is clean and very good organised.Very easy to find the products on the shelves .The labeling in the store is clear and is all the time helpful.

John in the plumbing department was very helpful in assisting me to find the items I needed. He was on his phone assisting another HD worker in another department but paused that conversation to help me. He quickly found my needed item, asked me if he could help with anything else and then wished me a good afternoon. John, thank you. Great job !!!

I can always get help. If it from taking me to the merchandise to educating me on the right paint. Pipe nails . tool. I have had them do it. And promotions. If I just ask . They say MS someone is being called to assist you. And they just don't just sell. If it will not work . They say let's go get the right piece. I have even took a photo in and they were able to get me to the right direction. See budget is what I do . And I am the one to do.

The store is well stocked , employees I encountered were exceedingly knowledgable of their products and services and most of all friendly, devoid of judgment, irrespective of customer's skill level.

Some of the people that work their are great but you have a few that shouldn't be there at all . They have to improve their communication better to inform you of the back orders on the material you order . In general the store in a good store and has the products you need most of the time .I will still shop at Home Depot for the things I need.

I went on line to see about lawn mowers. Not only did they have what I was looking for, it even told me what isle it was in as well as the bin number!!!!! Very clean My cashier was the best. She really needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service!! Kudos to Camesha
