Anytime I have had to go into this particular Home Depot employees have always been extremely helpful. I go out of my way to go to this store. I know I’ll receive the help I need.

NO HELP AT ALL IN CHECKING OUT FOR PURCHASES

Karen Anderson in the kitchen remodeling department is very friendly and extremely experienced and thorough! We feel very secure in her taking care of our needs and keeping in communication with us during our upcoming remodel.

I can only repeat myself..Bev Collins appliance specialist did it all for me..I have been trying to buy a refrigerator for months..finally I have my new refrigerator right in my kitchen..people like your employees are what makes your store

The paint desk has horrible customer service skills in particular the associates named Rhonda Aniya Kristen and some other girl I can’t remember her name. They don’t acknowledge customers and are always on their phones and they have a nasty attitude all the time. They didn’t want to help me find a paint I was looking for and they were so rude. I give this rate based on my experience here from 06/19/2021 at or around 2pm. This isn’t the only time either that’s why I leave this review.

When I need house things, or help with solutions I always find it here.

Dawn in the paint department is SUPER.... I looked the Rustoleum item up on line to verify that it was in stock and when i arrived there was none of the gallons needed on the shelf. I asked Dawn and she quickly looked the SKU up on the phone device and then located the in the upper rack.Dawn then retrieved the large rolling ladder and retrieved the 2 cases of 4 gallons each and brought them down to me. EXCELLENT customer service for sure... Dawn is one of the reasons I come back to this store

Ryan in customer service was excellent...He was the only cashier in the returns department and was very pleasant even though he was extremely busy. During my brief time at the desk he handled numerous phone calls and fielded them to the proper departments even paging those departments on the loud speaker. Ryan is great at what he does and the poster child for outstanding customer service. Thank you, Ryan

I visited this store to purchase a toilet flapper in Aisle 12, Bay 5. I encountered Wayne in Aisle 12 to assist me with the purchase. I had a picture of the item on my cell phone as well as a picture from the Home Depot website. While discussing my request with Wayne, he suggested that I could use another flapper in lieu of the one I had the photos of. He convinced me to purchase the alternate flapper. However, upon removing my old flapper, the new flapper was nowhere near what I needed. Upon returning the flapper, I encountered Wayne again in Aisle 12 and he became rather arrogant and unprofessional when I confronted him about convincing me to purchase a flapper he knew was the wrong flapper. If he was having a bad day, he should not have reported to work that day.

This is my favorite Home Depot store. It has all the good stuff and is generally clean and well-staffed. Staff is helpful when you seek assistance - even if they don't know where the product is you are looking for - they will help you look! That is more than I can say for some places. My most recent visit was to the garden center - they had a great selection of flowering plants, shrubs, and vegetables as well. I wish they had someone who would come home with me and plant them!

Getting into this store from the parking lot means taking your life in your hands. From the panhandlers asking for money to the speeding cars that don't stop. The store seems overwhelmed and needs to have support for things like orders placed online. Leaving it up to Customer Support to tell me things aren't in stock while I go and find everything is really poor during these times. The White Marsh store has it much better for customer experience.

See my husband passed in 2017. This store always helps me put things together.Any project they take time. From setting Down to talk about the right tile to grout. I don't know what I would do without them.

This store had someone in the plumbing department that was able to help answer my questions which is better than a lot of stores where there isn’t anyone to help you.

I recently visited the paint department and had questions about the type of surface that a particular paint would cover. Towanda was happy to help and knew not only the types of paints, their inventory but prices as well. Since I only needed a quart and the type I needed was only in gallons Towanda suggested tinting the smaller size and it worked perfectly. Her years of experience showed through extremely bright... Thank you Towanda and great customer service !!!
