Great shopping experience

This location has a great customer service. Helped me return something that was damaged. They were very friendly and got me back on the road again in no time.

Went in to buy crown molding and spend a ton of money there and there was nobody around to cut the wood for me. I asked about it and they said no one was there. Ok so I asked if I can just buy and pick it up later. They said no and that it just is what it is. Total lack of concern for their customers. The pro desk is horrible and Lowe’s will be getting all of my business from now on

Great experience very friendly staff

Salesperson was very helpful with the purchase of the appliance that we wanted. The appliance that we wanted wasn’t available in the color we wanted. The salesperson helped us pick out another appliance with similar features in the color we wanted!

I’ve been remodeling my house, so I’ve been in Home Depot multiple times over the last four weeks. Each and every visit has been outstanding. All areas of my house has been updated and all employees in each area made my visits a true success. Way to go Home Depot Gonzales!

They advertise the veteran discount and then changed the policy so that only people with a smart phone can use the discount. very inconsiderate and inconvenient.

The store is always clean shelves always stocked. The sale cashier Elaine is always helpful when I go to this Home Depot and makes the shopping experience there so much better and easier. She always makes sure I have everything I need and always thanks me for coming.
