Tiffany and Mike we very friendly and helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed. They are definitely 5 star employees!! The store had what we needed and offered great deals.

I want to thank the cashier Tyisha in the garden center for a wonderful and friendly shopping experience. She pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for so I could easily get in and out of your store in a matter of minutes. It’s always great to have awesome customer experiences like that!! The Home Depot always has what I need and the employees are always friendly and courteous. I don't like wasting my time and I can go in Home depot and get what I want and get back to work.

Stephanie in appliances was very helpful. The store doesn't have gas dryers on location, but she helped me order one. Other places I had check was going to take 3 weeks to receive. From Home Depot it will be here in a week.

The item i purchased online was fifthy dirty and the screws were rusty. Nobody tried to wipe it down it was brought to my car fifthy. I decided to bring it back to the store and the customer lady was very rude!!!! I will drive 20 miles from my house before I go to this Home Depot ever again.

This store is always clean and products very straight on the shelves and the employees are always ready to help you.

Thanks goes out to the saleslady (Ms Stephanie Adams). She made us feel like important customers. We went to Home Depot to check Refrigerator prices. She was very professional showing us various Refrigerators. Thanks to her and her patience, we decided to purchase our Samsung Refrigerator. She's very GOOD. We plan to return to see Stephanie about purchasing a dishwasher.

I use Home Depot all the time because the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also, Home Depot’s merchandise is well organized to make it easy for the customer to find desired items. Plus the prices are great!

The associates at this store do not run and hide; they acknowledge that they see you; they ask is they may assist you. On a recent visit Mr. Lionel provided awesome customer service; he was so helpful. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank You Gonzales Home Depot!

There was an item that I selected that did not come up on the screen when Fred scanned it for me. Fred went with me to the place where the item was on the shelf and confirmed that the price was not listed. Then Lionel came help us, and he found the price for me. They were both very helpful, and went to great lengths to help me.

I don't normally visit stores for the first time and feel "not wanted" from the beginning. Upon my visit, from the beginning to the end, the staff were not motivated to help me. I will not be visiting this store nor recommend anyone. I would rather travel to Baton Rouge or New Orleans and pass this location up before I go back here again. After being a Pro Member and spending over $12,000 with the company within the past 2 months, I DID NOT expect to be treated in such careless matter...

Every associate that I came across acknowledged me. The customer service in the refrigerator department was excellent, very knowledgeable and willing to help.
