The store is the best when it comes to your shopping needs and great customer service

The store is always clean and the employees are always ready to help you in this store, a recent visit to the Denham Springs location was bad it was a cluster at that store and not organized, stuff all in the isles, store didn’t look clean but I think it was because the store was so cluttered, made my mind up to continue shopping the Gonzales store and if they don’t have something in stock I will order it online!!

This store has some really great people that just stand out in their customer service, Daren, Tiffany and Richard (Richey), really everyone is super nice!!

Purchased patio furniture and waited an hour for it to be brought out to our vehicle. Also, paid $200 more for it since no one recommended the day we first looked and didn't have a truck to bring it home in when it was on sale that we could order online and have it shipped to us or purchase and pick up later

Associates are always friendly and willing to help you. You can easily get assistance locating a product and good advisement about the product if you are a new shopper. Safety first; home depot looks out for their customers by guarding areas when materials are being stocked,transferred..etc., Products are neatly stacked on shelves. the store is always very neat and clean.

Clean, 1 mile from the house. Employees are getting use to seeing me come in and asks me what projects am I doing now. They are very helpful to me if I need to know where an item is to be found.

The store is great and employees are friendly but the phone system needs fixing. Sometimes is just rings and rings and the automated attendant does not answer.

If you need help in hardware find Ms. Tiffany. Best employee at home depot. Goes above & beyond to make sure you get what need. And in self check out talk with Ms. Jeannie she will make you smile. Both of these made my shopping experience very wonderful. High five all around

Yawl these employees know how to have fun with there customers! Especially Shantell and Reggie! Reggie helped me with the blinds and carried them to the front for me. He laughed with me the whole time. Shantell is so comical and down to earth. Great employees.

Home Depot use to have the worst customer service. No one would help and rudeness was common. It was to a point that I had stopped going. Lately, I started going back because of items specially carried by Home Depot and their Veterans discount. Service is excellent and the employees are helpful and polite.
