I'm currently remodeling a basement area into a storage/kitchen space. Everything I need is at the Depot! From studs to electrical boxes, insulation to ceiling grid & tiles, flooring to cabinets (love that hickory finish) . This will now be the Home Depot room. No doubt. Still working on it! I'll be back at my Home Depot for sure!

Always have what I need

We special ordered a window from Home Depot/Milgard and it doesn’t work after we installed yet. We haven’t gotten anybody to call us back from Home Depot or Milgard.

This whirlpool 20.5 cubic ft. Model wrt311fzdb refrigerator has more space than my last model. Nice LED lighting. It runs quiet and the pricing was very good.

Howard at the Pro desk helped me find what I needed to secure my greenhouse from blowing over in the wind.. Rob (from the paint dept) took the time to help me load and unload landscape brick which was totally awesome because there was a whole cart full!

I was very pleased with customer service, both in the help I received in returning an item and in the search for a solution to an unusual dilemma. All the employees were very friendly and eager to help.

We purchased tile for our kitchen backsplash. We won't install it until the weather warms up but the color is perfect and the price could not be beat. We are so excited about getting the project started. We got everything we need for the installation at the Great falls store. The associates are exceptional.

Traveled 86 miles to the GF Home Depot to pick up some tile I ordered on-line. I highly recommend this store, the employees are friendly & professional (Tia at Customer Svc & Jayden(JD) who loaded the heavy tile for me). I love the Tools area, and the whole store was well stocked and neat. I will be back for more shopping!

We live 110 miles north of Great Falls Home Depot. So when my husband and I come in with a home project, we rely heavily on the expertise, suggestions, and assistance of the folks who work there. They are pleasant, informative, and pretty darn smart about what we need to purchase to complete our updating goals. The store is well-stocked and serves our needs.

Found someone to help me and they took care of me from start to finish. Cashier Shawna was awesome

Love shopping at this store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Shop here quite often due to having lots of projects to do at home. Have purchased everything from a ride on mower to the simplest of things like cabinet hardware. Used to live back East and could never get anyone to help me and if they did it wasn't a pleasant experience. Everyone here at this store is friendly and eager to help. Wonderful experience every time.

For the second time I lost my veteran's discount because somebody did not know how to correct a problem That does it for me.

This has been the toughest year of my life. I had open heart surgery and it has been a year of relearning many things. Leaving the house and heading into the real world can be overwhelming. I had to return a digging tool back to the store.( It was unopened) was over the 90 day return policy. Yet, Tonya in the Great Falls store went over and beyond to help. me. She exceeded my expectations. She made me feel heard and was so kind to me. Tonya in the Great falls store rocks!

Our clerk was very accommodating, friendly, and cheerful!

Crystal Bagwell, store mgr, was a refreshing change in a previously frustrating situation. She stopped what she was doing , walked with us to the item in question, and listened attentively while we explained the problem to her. She did not hesitate to make it right for us. Even though she was not able to stay with us to the end due to pressing other responsibilities , she enlisted the help of Tonya who was also pleasant and helpful to the end. Two thumbs up for these wonderful ladies and great ambassadors for Home Depot.

The great falls Home Depot store had the tool I was looking for when a different store did not. It was very helpful and I was glad I didn’t have to order it online and wait.

The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile loading heavy items safely. Returns are without issue. My issue was with online/store communication with one another.

I needed help with my RV and Doyle made it simple to fix saving me hundreds of dollars!

Laminator cutter is not working..so where do u want me to get it cut??? McDonald's, Wendy's? Get your mgr to fix these needed items...so we can buy from your store instead of driving to Helena...

Excellent people,very friendly. Marcus Smith in flooring went out of his way to help me, Tia the cashier was very helpful,always smile ,very pleasant lady. The gentleman at the entrance I am ashamed I didn't get his name but he helped me load a very heavy product I bought into.my veh. Excellent service

I bought a stack of 2x4s, osb, and metal roofing and could not get help loading even after asking twice for help. Was also seen by 3 employees while they were helping others and they disappeared after they were done helping others. One of them was even a manager. Took me a half hour to load by myself.

Every time I visit this store ( I am from out of town) the employees are great, service is fantastic and the general mode of the store is up beat. I saw several customers getting waited on with knowledgeable staff.

Made our first trip down from Canada to the Home Depot in Great Falls since COVID restrictions lifted at the border. Always a pleasure to get into a Home Depot with plenty of stock and friendly staff.
