This is such a good store we’ve been buying a lot.

MARTHA IN THE PAINT DEPT. WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO CREATE THE COLOR I NEEDED INSTANTLY. AMAZING STORE AND SHE UP'D YOUR GAME AGAIN!!!!

This store remained opened while we deal with social distancing. This store is being revamped with better signs. This store always has what I am looking for . We must be grateful to be able to shop for a large variety of home improvement items, and plants.

Store cashiers or managers apparently do not know that customers must receive cash back if requested from any remaining balance under $5.00 on gift cards used for their purchase. This is Montana law. Today the cashier and a manager were adamant that Home Depot did not do that. Cashiers and managers must be trained.

The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help the customers. My children love going to Home Depot.

GOOD PRICES FOR THE ITEMS I PURCHASED, I SAVED MONEY.

The return. Policy was easy and walking in the store and returning item with customer service rep that was polite and friendly .. it makes it rewarding to have good customer service

It is nice to go to a store , get customer service and they find what you need and out of the store you go .. I didnt catch the gentleman's name but he knew what product I needed and where it was and explained how to install the hardware we bought .. I am vsryhappy with this service

Most of the staff I've dealt with are knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction for particular items as well as give relevant advice.

store was clean, workers seemed nice/friendly...however, when I wanted to talk to someone about a table saw, i noticed one was on sale for 299 and it came *WITH* a miter saw stand...there was a different miter saw for 699 (400 dollars more) and no saw...i asked the guy what the difference was..he replied, "they're basically the same"..i said, "for 400 dollars, they're "basically the same?" he wouldn't (or couldn't) tell me what the difference was and just kept repeating that they were "basically the same"....i leave positive reviews or call the managers of stores when the employees are helpful and I think it helps the different companies and also just makes the employee feel good when someone leaves a good review..i *never* leave bad reviews..i just choose not to...however, after tonight, i couldn't help myself... a 299 dollar saw *with* a stand was "basically the same" as a 699 dollar saw? i don't think so. I don't live in great falls and have to drive a couple hours to get here...i can go the other direction next time and hit up the kalispell store.

Employees are knowledgeable, store is neat and clean and lots of inventory to select from.

The store was great has a lot of selections, home depot credit card

all of the employees have been helpful to my family in the past couple of months in all of our trips there in the 3 remolding projects we have been doing

It is a great store to shop at in my community for my wife and myself, it has everything from the flowers & gardening to the things that I want to for home repairs

Every time I go to home depot it's never an easy trip ... I can never find what I am looking for ... I can never find an associate to help and if I do they have no idea where the items are ... I really want a store to have some competition for this store so customers have better options to shop for

This particular Home Depot stands out. Others I have been to are sort of “meh”, but it seems like every time we go here, we get a similar experience to a locally owned lumberyard. Which is amazing. Great manager, great staff, great store.
