One evening I went to Home Depot and had trouble finding employees. Michael B. was up on a ladder and came down to help me. I had quite a list and apologized for taking him away from his task. He said, "this is my job. This is much more important than what I was doing on the ladder." He walked me literally all over the store to help me locate all the things on my list and thanked me for being a Home Depot customer. It was a very successful and positive experience for me.

This Home Depot is an hour away & I don't hesitate to run into town to get whatever I may need. Easy to shop, know how to find things & the fact that each store is set up pretty much the same makes it easy to find in other places. I really appreciate that. The staff are always willing to help or call someone who can. Not liking to self check out & having a clerk come do it for me, loved that.

I went to Home Depot because they had a reasonable size offering of early flowers for the garden enthusiast. It was all together and the cashier, Delia, was most helpful.

Employees were friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! I will be going back to make purchases for all my projects. Chuck you are the greatest! You not only helped me find everything I need but you showed me the exact products I was looking for and cut them to the sizes I needed. Thank you!!! The employees at this store are exceptional. They are genuine in greeting customer entering the store. When I was unable to locate a cart and the products that I was interested in the cashier was able to find another employee to help me and load the products on the cart and then my car. Totally shock to receive such service without asking for it. I will definitely be shopping at this store in the future, even though it is a long drive to get there.

Home Depot is a very friendly store and I always get help when I need help. If The person I go to is not available he or she will get another person to help me. If I cannot find what I am looking for or just looking around the store associates will always ask if I need any help with anything. Helpful and friendly store.

My cashier "Andrea" made my day. Trying to find everything I needed was challenging because the store was so busy and I couldn't get help, but at check out Andrea was friendly helpful and made me feel great after a less than good experience shopping. Thanks Andrea!

Everything is easy to find, and the employees in each department were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very positive shopping experience.

The store is generally clean and organized, staff will help you when asked but its sometimes hard to find sales people. My last trip was made great by Dasha in the self checkout area, she was fast, friendly and able to help several customers at once.

The store is clean, employees are helpful but it is difficult to check out of because of the distance from exit to handicap parking.

Icy sidewalks and parking lot, wet cement floors inside. “Service” desk misnamed. Will not return soon!

Leonard and Dale in plumbing are great...I usually look for them if I have a problem I need help with. Randy in paint and carpet is always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are always friendly.

While shopping this store today I was greeted by the young woman at the pro desk who inquired if there was anything she could help us find. While I have heard this st other stores before this young woman actually took the time and pointed out where everything we were looking for was in the store. I enjoyed having such a knowledgeable member of your staff wait on us.

We've been pleased and exceptionally surprised by the level of service at this store. We have shopped at another Home Depot when living at our previous address and found assistance difficult to obtain. Those associates seemed bothered. At this store in Great Falls, however, my wife and I have both noted how pleasant it has been to deal with the staff since we both are extreme amateurs when it comes to some home projects. Their staff members have been informative and helpful with every question and purchase. Kudos to the staff at the Great Falls Home Depot!!
