I always like shopping at this Home Depot because the employees are so helpful and friendly.

Whenever I need wood or hardware fir home projects I like to shop at this store on Woodruff Road in Greenville. The customer contact representatives there are super friendly and helpful and I always leave smiling about my experience. If I need plywood or 4x4s cut to fit in my Expedition or whatever the employees are glad to help you. This store has exceptional customer service!

We previously had a great experience at this store in the same dept. Today was a nightmare. We were purchasing a roll of carpet. The lady who was initially helping us was wonderful! But it was a 2 person job. So she got the store manger to help her. He was rude - unprofessional and it appeared inexperienced. She has pointed out several issues to him during the process that he told her were fine. He seemed confused of the pricing system and wouldn’t take help from anyone. 30 minutes later we leave with carpet that is hanging off the roller because it wasn’t important to him to straighten it up. While he was continually rude to my husband and ignored all his employees that were trying to help.

I bought a large quantity of items that I had to pick up with multiple visits. The customer service employees made this process as easy as possible and the gentlemen who helped me load my car were very friendly and professional.

The only bright spot was cheching out and Melanie was very pleasant and friendly. She asked all the questions that her employer has instructed her to do with a great attitude.

Be very careful when shopping in the garden shop. The large prices are for buying in bulk and you may not see the higher price listed below in small print.

I got one of the Vigoro bagged bare root roses. Supposedly grade 2, but it has two fat canes and seems more like grade 1 1\2 (the bigger and better grade) and it's leafing out fast. We normally shop the matthews and charlotte area stores but I shopped the greenville HD on a trip and am happy with the rose I got ("Cathedral Bells"). In my experience bare root roses will grow fast if you plant them in a large pot with some compost and potting mix, mulch with bark chips and keep watered. They can grow faster than potted bush roses and they bloom the first year. Buy them and pot them up before the hot weather hits for best results. Mine is potted now and growing new branches and leaves.

I am in the middle of renovation a home. We visit the store regularly and the associates are always helpful.

I walked in the store and from the moment I entered the door, I was greeted, helped and showed care. Every employee that i came into contact with was kind and asked me how I was. It wasn't from a requirement either, everyone genuinely seemed to care. I will return.

I wanted to exchange a light fixture I bout at another store and they didn’t have it so I came to the Home Depot on Woodruff Industrial and am so happy I did at least 2 people went beyond what most do to help me. Especially Charlene in Customer Service. Thanks Charlie!

I find that the shopping experience at Home Depot off Greenville SC to always be consistent. Associates are knowledgeable and helpful.

I love shopping this location, especially in the morning hours through the week. The employees are very friendly helpful and respectful! That's why I shop here every chance I get when I do home improvements. I will drive out my way to come to this Home Depot or yhe Easley Home Depot

Designing your cabinetry for a new home is a daunting task . Home Depot’s cabinetry designer, Charlie Crow, took all the guesswork out of it for us and helped us get the most for our money. We will be back for help with our next project. We needed an expert’s help.

Deborah, the cashier, saw that I was headed toward checkout and came out to find me and ask me if I was ready to check out. I told her that I would be happy to have her do it instead of me. She asked about the product that I was getting and whether it worked well. I told her that it did and she said she might have to try it as well. She was very personable and professional at the same time. Great Job Deborah!

Patricia in appliances and Sean in plumbing were extremely helpful! They took the time to explain things for us and order what we needed.

Stuff is scattered around the store, stacked in unlikely locations. But, there was no one around to help me find what I wanted.

Shop at Lowe’s. Home Depot does not care about customers and has no interest in resolving their issues.

I am a consistent Home Depot shopper. I compared pricing on specific products and Home Depot beat out competitors. Also, the best garden center with quality products.

I recently went to Home Depot to purchase a ladder for my husband's birthday. He associates in that area went above and beyond to help me. They were very professional and cordial. I love shopping at this store.
