Home Depot on Woodruff Rd is a great place to shop for household needs. They have an adequate amount of items in stock and helpful friendly staff.

The store is very organized, and the staff is friendly. Lots of choices for everything and reasonable prices. Conveniently located with ample of parking lot.

This is my favorite store. I pass 2 Home Depot’s just to come here because of the stellar customer service I always receive. They always have the let me help you attitude and it goes a long way.

We came in with two projects in mind; fixing a coffee table and starting a garden on our deck. When we showed a sample dowel to a store associate he immediately stated the aisle number and which bay to look in. He was 100% accurate. In the gardening section, we were told to find what we needed and that additional merchandise was on the website.

Joe, our check out clerk, was super nice and friendly...need more like him...

Our cashier Joseph was so nice and made us feel like we were appreciated . That is rare in retail these days.

This location was better than the one in Simpsonville,SC. This location people were friendly and helpful. The Simpsonville location three of the employees were rude. I'll shop at the Greenville,SC / Woodruff Road location more.

I like this convenience store in my area. I am in this shopping mall every week and always stop by Home Depot. I buy everything in this location. It's always easy to get an assistance in this location. Associates always friendly and helpful and answer all my questions. Store is clean and very organized. I visited this Saturday and it was ready for the coming holidays. Thanks.

Took me 20 minutes to get the wood I needed due to the aisle being closed for a forklift outside. The employee I asked about wood told me pressure treated pine was cedar (he didn't work in lumber). There was no tag on one of the fence panels so I couldn't figure out what kind of wood it was. I had to Servicestand in line for 10 minutes due to a card issue with the lady in front of me, to find out I had to go to the other end of the store for a possible will call. Service desk lady seemed rude and not at all customer friendly huffing and rolling her eyes. There was no cheer in her game. Matt the guy that helped me load the wood into my car was the only helpful and customer oriented person I dealt with that day. Great job Matt.

I bought an Ego mower a few years ago but only used it 4-5 times as I was too busy to mow myself and paid a landscaper. Now that I have time to mow, the mowert appears to need a new belt. On the phone I was told that such mowers are repaired on site. When I brought my mower in, I was told it had to be sent to Atlanta for evaluation and repairs and that would take 6-8 weeks. I was not offered a loaner or even advised where I could rent a mower for the 6-8 weeks my grass would continue to need mowing. Four days later, I received a call saying that the paperwork the clerk had filled out for my repair was not in order and that I would have to drive across the County again to redo it. Given that, I resume that my mower will not be returned to me within the original 6-8 weeks. So, be forewarned about buying Ego mowers from Home Depot. You might only have the use of them during the winter months.

The store is easy to shop. It's in a great location and every employee is respectful and helpful.

I continue to shop at this Home Depot due to the staff they have. Joseph at cashier is a knowledgeable gentlemen. If I ask for assistance on the floor, a store representative will generally take me to the exact location to find my item.
