Always friendly and helpful; usually will refer questions to a specialist, which is nice they don’t try to figure it out and waste my time.

Hands down, the best home improvement store in the area! The people are so helpful and friendly!

nice store but seems smaller than some

Moving boxes are far better here than at Lowe’s and the price is the same. These boxes, even the small, have handles. In the store many people were working and available to assist us.

The store was well stocked and clean. Employees made eye contact and were aware you were in the store. It was easy to find my way to the product's I wanted as signage was excellent. My cashier was Jack. He greeted me with a smile and even showed me where I could clean some dirt off my hands before leaving!

Great Customer Service. My Special Order was handled superbly by Susan in Customer Service at the best price available My materials were delivered as soon as possible and was so easy to track. Great job Home Depot.

This is the best store I have dealt with. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have always given me proper advice on home improvement. I have gotten to know some of the associates like Jeff, Philip, Joe, and Grayson because of their friendly and helpful nature. They make me feel welcome and visiting this store is a pleasure. Chris, the store manager probably deserves a lot of credit. I visit this store instead of the store on Grandview Ave. in Simpsonville. I am surprised that even though both are Home Depot stores, one if so much better than the other. I am not sure why? Perhaps the management should visit both stores, find why the difference, and make necessary changes. Good luck.

If you need any help with paint, make sure you look for Mike's help. He's very friendly and made several helpful suggestions while I was getting paint samples. Good guy!

This store seems to be an older store. While the interior could definitely stand for an update and some fresh paint the store seems to be well stocked. The real stand out at store 1119 are the employees. Rarely do I come across employees that are so eager and able to assist! Truly, the employees make this store worth going into.

Always a great shopping experience at this location.
