The employees are always helpful and polite. Just ask, if you can't find something, they are quick to respond and help you find it.

Love this store.. Was very clean and the associates are super friendly!

BEWARE! Employees don't wear masks. No one is attempting to enforce social distancing. Employees without masks will walk right up to you whether you ask for assistance or not. This is one of the scariest places I have visited in a long time.

I have always found helpful customer service in finding the right product that I was looking for.

Great store with nice layout and products are in generally the n stock if not they will ship to me.

I have used this store over a period of years and have found the level of expertise in different departments such as plumbing, painting, gardening, tooling to be quite high and Helpful.

This is my frequent location. The employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They go above and beyond in assisting you to find the items you’re looking for.

I've been going to this store for countless years. It is my first go-to store for home improvement needs. My most recent project was a full house carpet replacement and LVP installation for nearly 4000 sq ft. The HD associate worked with me on the project over several months while I worked on getting my house sold and the new house purchased. He was just as excited as I was the day it all came about - not because of the sale but because he was just that nice of a guy. I've never had a bad experience in this store and will continue my shopping there.

After searching for some items at 3 other Home Depot stores we were able to find everything we needed at the Griffin location today. It's a 100 mile round trip for us to shop here but it's worth it to us since we usually find what we're looking for at this location. The store is always neat, clean and the employees are always friendly and willing to help wherever needed. To mention a few: the older gentleman who helped us with fencing and posts, Brandy and Quen in Customer service, Kimme and Charlene in appliances and Bill who helped load our truck THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR MAKING OUR VISIT GREAT!! We will be back!

I enjoy having some helpful things in my home that assist me as a Senior Citizen to make on my on. I can make things that cost $170 in specialty stores for $25! I'm 71 female and enjoy the sense of accomplishment. I just picked up something to make for a friend for Christmas. Simple but very useful in her new kitchen. A butcher block counter top that can also cover the surface of her new stove top for extra counter space when her big family come home for the holidays. Easy on my budget for gift giving yet still giving something nice and useful. PLUS......made by her BFF! Home Depot is where I get that done. Easy to communicate and get ideas from the employees who genuinely seem to want to help. Always stay long enough to have to visit the little girls room and know that it's clean. If I need something, I always find an employee nearby to point me in the right direction. AND....I GET MY RECEIPT IN MY EMAIL!
