Employees were friendly & helpful and it was nice to see managers Jason and Arlene cutting vinyl for a customer and not just standing around

Convenient to my commute and friendly employees but store is a little dingy and dirty looking at times. The parking lot isn't very clean.

I really love this store! This store is home for me so, I’m somewhat partial about this store. We’ll everyone feels so familiar to me. I mean you see the same hard working people all the time! I’m an electrician so again I’m partial to the Electrical department because I spend so much time there. They have 2 solid guys holding down that department Bill &Mr. Lee. Now Bill is the head guy, but both these guys no ther stuff! Sometimes I call back to this store even when I’m not in the area.That’s how reliable and informed they are, simply because they no the product and even offers install advice. Oh we also have another younger guy that has come on board recently that has the same work ethic. The Electrical department is second to none! I’m thankful for my store in Griffin. A last minute decision on a late Sunday evening and.... Your staff at customer service , lawn and garden and a few others were still going strong !! Got me the help, made the sale and packed me up and left with a smile !! Thanks to the staff !!

Always find the cashiers eager to greet you as you walk in and check out. I've always been able to find out what I need by going by the pro desk. Thanks for keeping a well stocked store here in Griffin.

Each time I patronize this location, my experiences are quite positive. The store is clean, associates are courteous and helpful, products have been in stock, and check outs are quick and painless!

The associates are very friendly and are eager to assist customers. No more chasing down someone to help find the item you are trying to purchase. Employees and management alike are friendly and willing to assist customers with finding, retrieving and checking out items.

Best customer service representatives! Very attentive and knowledgeable. They just don’t point and tell you where you can find the item. They go get it for you or walk with you to retrieve it. Very patient and willing to take the time to explain the use of the product.

Products they carried were easy to find .did not have some things i needed though like replacement bulbs for pond filter, silt (as a soil additive), treatments for koi pond, river sand, compost, smaller bags of aged manure .employees were helpful and quickly guided me to the products they had in stock. The store was clean. All employees were friendly.

I was greeted and offered help by several employees. Checking out was quick and easy. Some things were priced a little higher than a competitor.
