Employee that I talked with was helpful in finding product as was the cashier

The store was clean and well organized. The associates in the flooring department were so helpful and informative about their products.

I ordered $1,114.09 worth of replacement windows. This is my third large order of these windows as I am replacing the windows in my 1964 ear home. I made five separate trips to Store 0138 before I could place this order as there was no one working in the Door/Window Department of this store. No one at the Service Desk had the knowledge to assist me in placing this order. I finally was able to place the order after an employee returned from medical leave.

This Home Depot stocked the 2x12s that 2 other lumber yards did not. Lumber associate was super helpful.

Our visit to get a refrigerator was great! The service was outstanding. Everyone there is always friendly and greets us as we walk through the store.

You have some great and experienced folks at this store. Pairing some of the new and younger help with them periodically would benefit everyone. Let some of them work along side Ms. Cathy, Ms. Betty. Ms. Francine, Ms. Yvonne, Mr. Lee, Mr. Bill, Mr. Bobby and the other older and experienced people you have. If only an hour of their shift. They could gain so much from this just watching and helping and listening. Work ethic and common sense has to be learned you're not born with it. Just a suggestion Ms.Stephanie, now the new store manager (Congratulations!!). Don't forget what you gleaned early in your career from others.

Bobbie Jo keeps the flow, great cashiers make for a great store ! Zena keeps contractors flowing as well. Can't help mentioning Jim in hardware being so helpful . And then there is a few smiles and a hello from Elaine on the front self service checkouts. All in all , your help keeps me coming in for my supplies , thanks.

This store has some really great employees! When in doubt or just need to pick someone's brain, find Reuben up front or Donald in flooring. The best and most helpful gentleman ever.

I payed for item and I had to take it back in and refund and purchase another one similar, nice people and transaction.

I don't always like to shop, even at Home Depot, but I have always had a pleasant experience there. My most recent purchase was a house full of flooring. An employee, (in the flooring department) helped us with our purchase and setting up of the delivery.

This is a good store.

At closing time, the cashier and manager went above and beyond to help us get what we needed!! I don't think any other store would have done what they did!

They have what you want but you will have to find it your self No one on the floor to help you

Too many employees to name off for making my shopping at this store easy. Elaine, Zena, Bobbie Joe and Katie are just a few. I will have to write down the others that go out of their way to help and to say hello each time I come thru, which is almost daily !! Keep up the good work, keep the smiles and you will keep the business!!

The sales associate, Masya, is positive, helpful, professional, takes time to answer your questions, and does not make you feel like you are a bother to him. He made our shopping experience fun.
