Friendly and helpful employees

Nancy Bendoff (Pro Department Supervisor) was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and very professional. She would go the extra distance to help me get what I needed. Even though I live in Hilliard and there is a Home Depot in Hilliard, I would rather drive to Grove City in order to make sure that I could have Nancy Bendoff to help me.

This is pretty much a self service store. They’ve lost 2 outdoor equipment sales from us because the person on the other end of the telephone doesn’t know anything about, for instance, snowblowers or lawn mowers they have in stock. The store is dark & no one asks you if you need assistance. When you get to the check out, the clerks are always nice. When we bought our first house, we spent over $900. And parts were missing or stolen from kits requiring several trips back to get everything!

This store always seems clean and organized and has the friendliest associates and managers of all of the Home Depot stores that I go to. I recognize people working there that have been there for a long time. They recognize me and call me by name and when I have a project that I need help with. They always have great advice and ideas. It feels like I have the best work buddies all the time. Home Depot should be very proud of this store and all of its people. Kristi, Bob, Ed, and Nancy are just a few of the wonderful friends that I feel I have at Grove City.

Based on my interactions with the grove city store......great. Based on what I was told, the west broad store should be closed

I always love shopping at Grove City's Home Depot Store #6954. It is always clean and well staffed with helpful people.

Just moved to the area and have been remodeling my home. Duane is a great asset to this store! He always greets me by name now and asks if I need any help. If so he’s personal and gets the right person if he didn’t know the answer. Thank you Duane. And thank you the Home Depot team to make this big box store feel like a small hometown hardware store that I’m used to dealing with.

Associates were helpful and friendly. Store very clean and well stocked. No spilled liquids just laying on the floor like a certain other home Improvement store. Well lit aisle's and easy to find product. Very quick filling on line orders. Good prices!

Duane Taylor is the best - always greets you with How can I help you today ?- anytime I ask where is this ? - he is always right - takes the time to listen as to what you are looking for - Home Depot is blessed to have him as an outstanding employee - He nailed it !!!

Clean store and 99% of the time you will find what you need and a whole lot more if by chance they don’t have it just ask someone and they will order it or go on line and purchase it thank you very much

Sales Cashier Debra O. is the best Customer Service employee! She is always the most pleasant and helpful person for your home remodel needs. She does everything in her power to ensure you have what you need to complete your project.

HD Grove City is a great store. Always clean and everyone is helpful.

An fantastic employee went above and beyond to help me find the replacement part I needed for the waste cabinet in my kitchen. I didn’t have a part number, and she reached out to the cabinet supplier & ordered exactly what I needed.

Though the things we needed were out of stock, the cashier, Kayla, was friendly and quick.

I needed assistance in the lights and cleaning products area and both times the employees were very helpful and friendly.

Anita McCord, Pro Account Sales Associate, was fabulous! She provided two contacts for me to contact. Both are scheduled this week for estimates.Exceptional customer service!

The sales specialist in the store where they sold doors and storm doors was very professional and very helpful filled out the proper paperwork to get me the order that I wanted

Plumbing supervisor Sandra K went above and beyond in helping me find everything I needed in replacing my shower faucet. I had no idea how to do it and what to get. She was very knowledgeable and professional and in just a few minutes had everything I needed and out the door. She made a difficult job for a DIY'er go smoothly. I am so appreciative for all her help.

Very nice and helpful employees! I had to make car keys and the self checkout lady Krista was very sweet and Bob the older gentleman that made my key was very nice as well!

Nancy (Customer Service Representative at the Pro Desk) was so nice, helpful, courteous, and professional. A person like Nancy is good asset for Home Depot - Grove City. I would travel from Hilliard to Grove City in order to get a good customer service from someone like Nancy.

So many rude employees (Denise that includes you); the older they are and longer they've worked there the worse. Some of the younger employees (35y.o. or less) are decent but the old farts are just AWFUL and extremely slow plus TERRIBLE customer service!

I visit this Home Depot often. Everything from the great selection of products, to the helpful staff and even the cashiers recognize me! I highly recommend this Home Depot!
