I was there to buy 10 cabinets and paint i received the worse service ever from Danielle that she works at the cabinet Department , that is sad that The HomeDepot Hire people like Danielle that Bring homedepot brand name down I did give 5 stars to the store because i know there is people there works hard , not Like Danielle, negative Attitude, and doesn't want to help

I went right to where the paint was! IT was so easy to find. Assistance was great. The store was extemely clean. The employees was friendly and helpful.

Very knowledgeable staff in the electrical department. Especially ED.

Pro Services with Nancy and her team are the best in Columbus! They are always fast and efficient to get you through the check out process. We go out of our way to go to the Grove City location because of their Pro Services team.

Cashier Angie always makes me laugh. I start out my day at the home depot and she has so many stories . It starts my day off on a happy note. can't wait until next time.

The staff at Stringtown THD is the best. Always helpful and glad we're there!

Everything went great but when I checked out with Nan she was being rude to another employee and I think that should be kept private not in front of the customers.

Cashier Angie was very helpful. when I could not find the item I was looking for she didn't just tell me where to find it she took me directly to the merchandise. Then we went to the register and checked out with her. She took us through the whole process of finding the item and getting us out in good time. Very helpful because we are in from Florida.

I was in appliance department for about 5 minutes. Several store associates passed me, but none bothered to ask me if I needed help. Danelle stopped to see if I needed help. I informed her I was there to purchase a refrigerator. She took my information on the one I wanted and returned quickly with Kalyna to assist in getting it down off rack. Kalyna put the order in the system, I paid for it right there and the two of them wheeled out to my truck and helped load it. If not for those two young ladies I probably would have left.

I only gave one star because I can't leave a zero rating!!! Home Depot is absolutely HORRID! After being told from an online rep that the PVC sheets could be cut in the store, I was treated like garbage when I asked them to cut it. Eli called the manager (Pete) who said to cut it. Three other employees came by and have Eli crap for making the cuts. I feel this is VERY RUDE and NOT a good way to treat a customer!!! Since Home Depot employees are ill informed, the PVC sheets cut easier than wood and are easier on the saw blade. If it wasn't for Eli making sure the cuts could be made, I would've walked out of the store. Eli made the sale possible, but it's too bad that other other employees don't know ANYTHING about how to provide customer service! The way they have Eli crap about making the cuts, I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE and EMBARRASSED when I left, that I almost left the cut PVC in the store and walked out!

The problem with this Home Depot is that no one is on the same page.. one manager says this one manager says that the pro desk supervisor is on some sort of power trip.. The every day employees at this store are great to deal with they are helpful and knowledgeable. The pro desk staff except for Nancy are always willing to help I personally use Anita she’s great, but with her boss constantly causing issues with customers it makes her job tough.. It’s a favoritism game at this store from the store manager to the loaders want to have a positive shopping experience bow down and let them treat you like trash and you’ll be just fine

The people especially in this store are very helpful and very friendly.

This store always has what I need and in many cases lower priced than competitors. I like the in-store military discount, but would like to see this for online purchases too.

This store was easy to see from the busy road, as well as easy access. The employees were friendly & helpful. I would recommend all to check it out. From carpenters to house cleaners, something for just about everyone.
