The Associates are fantastic. I've been in this store several times lately, they provided the help that I needed. We were looking for a grill in a box and Ellen took it upon herself and found one at another store. It was waiting for us at the customer service desk by the time me arrived. Also... I was late in purchasing plants for my patio this year. I stopped at several other stores, that were not Home Depot, and all the plants were dying. I was about to give up and stopped into Home Depot on my way home and was pleasantly surprised, that all their plants looked healthy and one of their associates were still watering the plants. I like this store more and more every time I go there.

Duane helped me with all the stuff I needed. He was so helpful and very nice. He stayed with me the entire shopping experience even helped me put stuff in my car. Excellent!

Grove City Home Depot is Excellent. I Really enjoy shopping there for my DYI needs and the atmosphere is quite alive. The Pro desk staff are on Point!

All Home Depot stores are my go to stores because I am a contractor but the grove city Home Depot is probably one of the nicest stores busy but nice. And the customer service can sometimes be good but other times cannot be so good but my last experience with this Home Depot store Definitely changed my opinion about their customer service. The girl named Stevie Gave probably the best customer service experience I’ve had at that store so far.

Terrible customer service,not enough registers open,staff not knowledgeable to where products are located, and not friendly

As a First Responder my time is valuable to me. I don’t have time to walk every isle looking for an item. Walking into the Grove City store was like a breath of fresh air ! Store was very clean and I was immediately greeted by Dave Truesdale who took the time to care about my time and walked me to where I could quickly locate what I needed for my project! Something as simple as caring does exist Thank you Mr Truesdale

Nursery has everything I need in one stop. Michael H is super helpful with questions and loading stuff on the cart and in the car!

I rated this store as average. Fortunately there are great employees there that are willing to help well above the norm. Unfortunately, there are not so great employees there that seem it is inconvenient to help which makes this Home Depot the average. Not great. not terrible. Congrats on being average.

I have had very good experiences with this store in the paint department from a young man who specially mixed colors for me,to the garden department where I received excellent assistance with heavy items. I have also ordered online and picked up in store with good results. Most of the staff is very pleasant to interact with. Everything I have purchased has been good quality as well.

Bobbie in Millwork was Great !!!!!!

They close early and you will be directed to come back next day if your in there late evening around 8:00. The night supers name is Amanda G and she has horrible customer service skills and is on a huge power trip, beware of her. Some of the customer service women are very mean and rude, not good people to take an issue to.

The employees are very friendly and quick to help. The store is clean and organized.

ANNIE, TODD AND BOBBIE ARE TRUE ANGELS. TODD AND BOBBIE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE USUALLY IS IN THIS STORE I WILL BE BACK TO WORK THEM ON ANOTHER REMODELING PROJECT. THEY NEED A RAISE FOR SPENDING THE EVENING MAKING SURE THAT WE HAD ALL THE MATERIALS THAT WE NEEDED.

Everyone is so nice and polite! If you need help or have a question everyone is ready to help with a smile on their face! Very knowledgeable staff! Clean and well stocked store!

I typically hate going to Home Depot and finding quality help has never been a successful task but during my last visit I was lucky enough to meet Tim in lumber who not only went above and beyond to help me but put my mind at ease for the project I am doing, lifted my spirits, and now I'm not dreading my next shopping trip.

Great store and very nice employees yes especially Bud and Debra who went out of there way to help me a lot. You should go there.

I went here with my family to chop down our Christmas tree. Thankfully, all of their trees were already chopped down though! I will admit, this is not my first time going to the Home Depot Christmas Tree Farm, but it was the first time that there were hardly any trees left. The pickings were very sparse. After we picked out the tree, I had to send my kids into the store to find an employee as there were none to assist me out in the Garden area. Once he completed wrapping the tree, he so kindly told me I needed to carry the tree back into the store to checkout. He DID inform me though that I could stop only halfway across the store at the Customer Service desk. I opted for that option. After waiting in line for a bit at the Customer Service desk, the lady there harshly informed me that if I was waiting to check out I should go to the other registers...all the way across the store. Now I could have sworn she saw me holding this 8 foot tree, but it's possible she missed it. So...I carried the tree all the way across the store to check out. What I didn't see coming was the 20 questions I had to play with the lad at the register because my tree did not have a sticker on it. Had I known it was my responsibility to pick out a tree with a sticker, I probably would have picked one of the other 2 trees left - provided they had a sticker. Overall, not the typical atmosphere of a visit to this store, which is why I would still recommend it, but not a great visit either. I was a bit surprised.
