Great store, better attention. Good vibes and excellent variety

I have been shopping at this location for years. The only thing I could suggest is that you get a custom cabinet service here. I don't like driving to El Dorado location for this, other than that I love your store!!!

Emily help me out to get the appliances Than I need. Feel good when you talk to pro people who knows the product.

Friendly store, convenient and knowledgeable staff

It's important to remain calm when dealing with the door dept. Their incompetence will cause a lot of grief.

We were searching for a particular fire pit and found one online at the Home Depot website. The store closest to us showing five in stock was 26 miles away. As soon as we walked through the doors several employees ask if we needed help. David helped us go through inventory. This took time and he was not sure we would find what we wanted. Eunice and Alfredo helped locate them, on a top shelf that required heavy machinery to get to. We were impressed with the pleasant attitudes with everyone who helped. This will be our “go-to” Home Depot from now on.

This store has a ver good costumbre service, is always a asociarte close to assist you with cortesy and interes in help you to find the best product for your proyects.

I went to pick up my door in will call. The lady at the service counter was not too nice. She was able to do her job with an unfriendly frown. She treated me like I was some sort of low life ? I hope she is not there next time. I have enough negativity in my life. I find her treatment unusual because most of the other employees are real friendly.

The store is well stocked and the people are helpful and knowledgeable. However the pro rewards program sucks big time

The customer service the employees provide is great! During my visit (Black Friday) while it was very packed and crazy, I still was asked by several employees if I needed any help and guidance. Which is awesome because you could tell, their focus was to make customer happy while shopping during this busy time of the year.

The store is always full of employees ready to help, they remember my Name every time I visit, help with my orders and always go the extra mile, I once forgot my wallet at returns department, they chase me through the store to give it back to me!! They also found a set of keys I lost one day before they close, I alert store guys and they kept them for a week until I returned and gave them back to me!! This is one of many reasons I shop at this particular store, is like having a complete staff ready to help me!!

I visit this store often and my experiences have always been positive.This starts with Mike the store mgr. and transcends to all the asm's and associates.I have experienced quite a few departments and all have been clean,neat, and always willing to assist.

I always seem to find exactly what I need at this location, and the store is kept in orderly fashion. There are always cashiers available as well as employees in every area of the store that can point me in the right direction in terms of what my needs may be on that occasion. Great store!

They had pallets of 5gallon paint everywhere. No way to pass thru at least 3 lanes!. Management should set a different time or way to stock the store.
