Great customer service and great staff.

My son and I needed parts to rewire a lamp. Kerry, in electrical, helped us get everything we needed, and was very friendly. The store is clean, and checkout was smooth.

The price is still higher than other stores.

From walking in we were greeted and asked if we needed help several times by several different employees. We knew what we needed already so we didn't need help. We got to the cashier anna who was extremely amazing and nice throughout the check out process.

Need help on the floor

I love Home Depot but my experience today was not good. Some young guys were playing on the forklift, we could not find help and when we finally did, the guy had no idea what we were talking about and literally left us there. I think the employees on the floor should be better trained, specially on customer service.

I visited the paint section to ask a question about a previous purchased can of paint. Jeff and Anthony took the time to help me very thoroughly. The store was very busy but I did not feel rushed while they were helping me. Thanks to their wonderful customer service I will definitely return to this location. A big thank you to Jeff and Anthony for taking the time to help me with all my paint needs.

I have shopped at Home Depot for years, and I always know that when I need something I will receive excellent customer service. Yesterday was no different. I went to Home Depot looking for an edger and Johnny patiently answered all of my questions and helped me find the product that was just right for me. I left feeling great about my purchase!

All staff were friendly and are always offering assistance. Plus, products are always well organized and stock.

Had what we needed in the store

Finding assistance at this store other than the paint department is virtually impossible. If you do find help they typically have no idea what you are asking for (example, "Where would I find your dowel rods?"), finally found two female employees, however, neither had ever heard of such a thing and had no idea where they would be located in the store. Sunday I went in to purchase a laundry sink faucet with pull out sprayer. They had ONE in the examples on the wall. However, as is typical for this store location, the gentleman helping me said that his hand held locator said they had one in stock, neither he nor I were able to locate it.

This is my go-to store. Close to home, conveniently located, easy checkout. Cashiers Letty & Margarita are always so helpful, happy to assist and a joy to see.

The staff at this store is awesome. The people from each department do their best to answer your questions and if you ask, will give you their best recommendation for the product you need. I asked about AC Filters and BBQ grills and they took care of my needs. Mike and especially William from Tool Rental are my go to guys for outstanding service.

This Home Depot store is in a good location. I'm in the process of moving to a new house. I needed all new appliances, as well as paint, lumber, & lots of other things. Cheryl P from the appliances department was very friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. She went above & beyond in helping me get the items I needed.

Rachel was very helpful and showed superior customer service and professionalism when dealing with my will call order that was scheduled late. She went over and above to help and was able to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Great job Rachel!

Cannot beat this store or its management and staff. Have shopped other local Hime Depots but this one is best.

This store makes shopping a pleasure. Big enough to carry (or order) most items you would ever need, but small enough to be home town friendly. Dave the manager always remembers us and greets us. The paint dept staff is always so helpful and friendly. Judella (outdoor garden) and Edith (all over the store) Jordan (in tools) and Chris (in appliances) are some of best employees you will ever find. Hands down! Very attentive staff always ready to offer assistance. This store and the staff cannot be beat. Must be a wonderful place to work as everyone seems happy and ready to satisfy a customer's need.
