Love shopping at this Home Depot. Associates are very helpful and friendly and they have a full supply of items available. Anytime I needed extra help the managers are ready, willing and able to help. Been shopping here for 18 years!

I received immediate and helpful service, unlike another similar store in the area. It was so nice to find an employee not on his cell phone and actually doing his job with a smile.

I needed assistance with a few items, and the store assistant, Jerry, at Home Depot in Hackettstown, NJ 07840, was extremely helpful. He stopped what he was doing to assist me with my few questions and the supplies I needed. Jerry even demonstrated to me how to best use the item I purchased for the project I was doing.

I love this Home Depot, because it is convenient. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I am grateful to have such a wonderful Store for all of my projects!

Cocoa at check out was the best!

I came in to return parts from a 20,000 kitchen renovation from The Home Depot. The return was in a flash and I was told credit would be applied to my Business account. She didn't ask how I would want the credit back either cash or credit..she just declared It went back to the Business Account .I told her I preferred cash back..she told me I didn't tell her that ...I said you never asked me as you zipped through the return..Was the only one in line but she was in such a rush and assumed what I wanted was what she wanted...Would it be so hard to ask before you speed credited back to my?

Everyone at this Home Depot is always friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile.

Today, black Friday has been such a great experience. It was the quickest I’ve ever shopped in my life! All employees that I encountered Jerry and Patty were right there to help me. Today’s a good day to shop at Home Depot!

Bought leaf blower, power washer and drill so far.. happy with all and they use the same battery.

Went to buy a new washer and dryer for our new home today and Bob in appliances went above and beyond. I was worried and stressed about making the right choice and he talked through it all. Making me feel at ease and requested I return to let him know how my new set is.

Horrible experience. NO, None Nothing. No customer service. Had to look for help. Nasty Customer service agent, No carts, No loaders. NO HELP!! The worst visit to any store ever!. I have NEVER complained however this one has earned my ire. I want to hear from a manager or someone to address this issue in your business.

Associates are always smiling, they always say hello when I walk in and when I can’t find somthing, they are quick to help. Briana from the cashier department is always so nice! Ed the store manager is pretty helpful. Although Mary from the cashiers is the all time best! Home Depot should be proud to have Mary and definitely give her a raise! Some of my favorite faces to see are Becky, Dan, Mary, Heather and Briana!

I’ve been shopping here plenty of times before, on the 13th of April I was there with my husband looking for a grill. The two associates in the garden department were helping us find a grill. Which they said there was 4 in stock. They stopped looking after One isle and told us to go home. The next day we were on the website looking at it and it told us the isle and location. We went back and found it ourselves. Now my husband and I are no spring chickens. I’m in my 70’s and he’s in his 80’s. While getting someone to help us two associates walked right by us struggling to get it on our cart.

A veteran with a valid veterans retiree ID Card was refused a discount. Supposedly now Home depot policy

Jerry was helpful throughout my entire shopping trip. He knew the store layout well. Helped me find many items in a quick manor.

When ever I go in to the store. I’m greeted with hello. Do you need any help. The store is well stocked. And clean. Very helpful and friendly employees. I don’t know what the manager Ed is doing. But he’s got an awesome store and employees

I would highly recommend Daryl Zinn at Hackettstown Home Depot for assistance in developing your kitchen cabinetry plans. He is very knowledgable, creative, and helpful.

John in lumber is extremely helpful. I needed a plywood sheet to be cut and he was very helpful.
