I was shopping for bathroom fixtures. I found Bob on the flooring area. I had questions on shower doors. He was informative and knowledgeable. He is the reason I bought the shower door on this shopping trip. Thanks Bob

I had an overly positive experience at this Home Depot. Everyone was very helpful, I am currently working on my first home renovation project and had to go down almost every aisle. Everywhere I went someone was willing to help. The only negative part of this experience came when I went to pay at the self checkout. The machine took my cash but then did not recognize that I was owed change and would not print my receipt. This was very frustrating but ultimately the situation was resolved within 48 hours.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location. The store appeared to be well staffed which is important and any time I had questions they were always able to assist. Manager Miriam is top notch.

The store is always lacking people to help you with questions and/or finding something, I think most have come to accept that from stores these days including home depot but my latest experience was worse than usual with more attention being on the phone & laughing with other employees instead of focusing on us the customer it was clear we were not a priority. She was an older woman with gray hair if i remember correctly her name was Becky ? A very unprofessional experience

All of the employees seemed friendly. The store was clean and organized. The man in the paint department was very nice and helpful. I miss shopping at this store since I moved.

Just bought a gas range! Our associate Joey was most accommodating and helpful in answering all our questions.

I cant say that I've ever had a bad experience. The only thing that sometimes is crazy (because I go to several different Home Depot locations) they are not always the set-up the same. Isles/restrooms etc...keeps it interesting though

people at this store are very pleasant and helpful and have helped me save alot of money

Went there to buy flooring materials for a warehouse project. Ended up finding cabinets on sale for my office kitchen. Was helped by Billy an incredible associate. He helped me load two large flat bed carts with supplies and then into my cargo van. Was so incredibly helpful. Really made for a great experience.

It’s my second home first place I go to for my building needs

Rob from department 28 was a great helper to me. He answered all of my questions and when I dragged him through the whole store he didn't mind it. I recommend you seeing him for all of your questions about garden plumping electrical and lumber.

Joey did an excellent job helping me design my kitchen. This is my 3rd project with him, and I will definitely use him again, and refer him to others.

The Home Depot staff is present, pleasant and helpful, especially the cashier, Shannon. An excellent ambassador for the Home Depot Hackettstown.

Friendly and helpful - great experience every time

We went in to buy a grill, we saw one that we liked and asked for help and Ashley was our helper. She answered all the questions we had for her and even helped us get the grill for the price on it which was lower than the original. Not only Ashley but the cashier Christina also helped us out with the grill. Can't be any happier with our grill!! thank you Home Depot!

Never dissatisfied with the shopping experience. Associates are knowledgeable and helpful

Everyone is either brand new and doesn't know what they are doing or just doesn't care to help you at all. A 30 minute trip easily turned into 2 hours over trying get the right person to cut carpet and it turned out they didn't have anyone to help at all.

I was very pleased with the employees working in the garden center they were very helpful friendly and I was even accommodated by having someone help me put my heavy purchases into my vehicle

We recently purchased our Appliances at Hackettstown HD and had a great experience! Mike was very knowledgeable and he gave us exceptional Customer Service!

Took forever cashier was rude and sarcastic

We were purchasing a storage shelf and misjudged the size. The box wouldnt fit in our car so we decided to take the contents out of the box. Jayne a cashier ran to get us scissors to open the box and reached out to associates in the back to assist us with loading. Ed, the store manager was one of the associate assisting us. When we were still struggling to fit everything inside our car he offered to use HIS OWN TRUCK and drove to our house and helped unload all the pieces! Just amazing!

Sure would like to see employees faces and be able to understand what they’re saying! How about the Constitution’s 4th amendment regarding masks!

I have found the Employees at Hackettstown NJ Home Depot to be very helpful in cutting pressure treated lumber to proper length for a large shed I am building, and Sale Cashier Heather was very helpful in identifying a pricing error, verifying it with a Department Manager, and gaining Approval for an adjustment to correct the error quickly with a friendly and professional attitude. I keep returning to Home Depot to satisfy my requirements and find knowledgable and friendly employees throughout the store.

Cate as a greeter is always helpful and happy to speak to. I was there particular on 11/28/21 at 5:25.
