Ran out of deck paint. Went there and waited 30 minutes for a sales rep who didn’t even acknowledge me and I had old deck sytain I needed matched. He made it up and handed it to me/ never showed me stain- I went home and it was baby blue instead of dark blue after testing and letting dry. Brought back and was told- sorry we can’t match and won’t refund custom paint.

I cant say enough about the excellent customer service received. Go to the store and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Eric in hardware really saved the day and was very helpful in resolving my garage door issue.

Great supply of ceramic tiles needed for bathroom remodel. Unable to visualize Flexstone shower wall kit color samples as company did not provide any for store customers/associates before ordering online, so we went with tiles…just a suggestion for future customers…

I bought some items online and in store that needed to be returned and sorout with a a number of receipts. I was very patient helpful and kind and we got everything put back on my card exclamation

The employees at Home Depot are very helpful and for the most part eager to please. The cashiers are especially helpful. I am glad we have a good place to go to purchase and ask for advice on home improvement projects.

We experienced an amazing shopping spree at the Hamburg Home Depot.There were plenty of personnel to assist us with many questions involving a bathroom remodel. Everyone was very friendly and provided professional guidance for our decision making in choosing the best choices for tile, flooring and bathroom fixtures. The cashier was very personable too and provided additional guidance in other purchases to consider in the future to enhance our bathroom. A friendly gentleman assisted us to our car to unload our heavy items too! We highly recommend shopping at Home Depot in Hamburg for a rewarding experience! Thank you!

This store has amazing personnel who are extremely helpful and friendly, not pushy ! All were helpful from beginning to end, right to the vehicle ! Especially Darin, Carla, Janice, Ron, Jim, Jon and the electrical department, and the gentleman who brought items to vehicle. thank you and see you all soon !

Staff is generally unknowledgeable and unfriendly. Especially the assistant manager Tammy who is down right rude and smart mouthed.

Don't order through online service. It will cause you many problems and they are very rude.

What I like about home depot is . Most of the time home depot have what I want. If by chance they don't that well tell you when it well be in stock. I have bought quite A lot of things from this store.THe people are nice. And help full.

Store was clean and well lit. All items I needed or wanted were in stock, and staff was helpful.

I have been going to the Blasdell Home Depot for years and I have yet to have a bad experience. Tonight around, 6:30, I went in looking for paint and came out with exactly what I need and the helpful knowledge to do the job ( cabinet refinishing). Haley in the paint department went above and beyond helping me while also making sure anyone at the counter was also taken care of. She wasn’t pushy and shared some of her own painting techniques with me. I will be back in days that she works for any other painting assistance I need. She was outstanding!! Thank You!!

The store is always clean and well organized. The sales associates are always available to answer questions and help with DIY projects. Shopping at store 1286 in Hamburg has always been a favorable experience.

She made sure we had everything we needed an even reminded us of other things we will need. She made it a successful trip. Along with having the store mapped out it is easy to find everything you need for home improvement projects.

Homeowner relocating since '93 & always head to my local HmD in TX, MI, OH, KCMO, WNY & Leon, GTO MX. HmD stellar customer service is PRICELESS & the #1 reason I'm a fan! Relocated to WNY June 2020 & my Milestrip Rd HmD team is VERY impressive! For example: Mark (mgr) Stephen (dept mgr) Hailey (paint) Holly (customer service) Dave V & Eric (the elec bulbs gurus) =) Btw...There are other competitors much closer to home & in a pinch, I gave them a try, but was extremely disappointed not just with inventory & prices but most importantly, very below par customer service. :/ Home Depot #1286 (Milestrip Rd) is OUTSTANDING!
