The store needs cleaning

Everyone was wonderful. We were from Tampa Florida to Help our daughter in Hamburg NY Fix her Mobile Home and build her a deck. The store was very clean and prices were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I JUST COMPLETED A SURVEY THAT SAID IT ALL - SOME EMPLOYEE'S ATTITUDE, ABILITY TO MODIFY AN ORDER, THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM INTEGRATION, ABILITY TO ONLINE CHECK ON AN ORDER AND FINDING SOMEONE TO HELP

My husband and I were directed to this Home Depot because they had the items in stock that we were looking for to make steps up to our porch. We both agreed, afterwards, that the employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly in the lumber department. They made us feel as if they were glad to help us -- instead of bothering them. Also, when we checked out the cashier was very pleasant and she really seemed to enjoy her job. Overall, we were very glad that we shopped there!

No help from anyone. I waited 1/2 hour for assistance that never came. Employee's to busy socializing with each other. The worst experience I ever had. Drive the extra 2 miles to Lowes. there customer service is excellent.

Trying to find someone to help is laughable. Parking lot situation is a joke. I've been hung up on twice when trying to call for assistance. Currently waiting on a "call back" cause someone else was using the system they needed to look up my information. Really?! Only one person can access at a time? Their delivery service is horrible. I'm currently waiting on delivery attempt #3 on a refrigerator I purchased, to which I STILL DON'T have an actual delivery date for. When these issues are not the customers fault we should be given PRIORITY, not made to wait and wait and wait! Called the store and its brushed off, zero help. Will never ever EVER order another appliance from Home Depot again. Seriously considering canceling my order, getting refunded, and going elsewhere.

Having a great day thanks to Home Depot. Today I went looking for assistance with my Chainsaw dilemma. From an unknown size of the bar, not sure if it is tight enough to what maintenance is needed. Boy I got the lesson of a life time. Glen was a great help in that area and jumped into action to lend a hand. taught me all I need to know about following through with my project. The front desk check out was like talking to an old friend you haven't seen in years. My day is now starting with a bounce in my step. Thank you Home Depot!

This store has a very professional and friendly attitude with its customers. They all seem to go out of thier way to share tips and tricks to get the job done.I go into this store at least 4-5 times a week and have not had a bad experience. Huge Kudos to management and staff alike!

Paint department employees are the best

The staff at the paint counter is superb. Pros at what they and very friendly

I frequently use building materials for projects and this Home Depot has kind and friendly employees that help, answer questions and equip me for success.

I came in, found what I wanted, an associate helped me through the purchase, helped me load it in my truck (a gas grill) and I was done in a matter of minutes. Wow!

I needed to purchase a large tool chest combo (top and bottom) of good quality. I did my research on Home Depot's website and determined that the Husky 52" 15 drawer chest cabinet met my needs. The website also indicated that the Hamburg, NY store had 3 of these items in stock. After having been directed to the tool section by a knowledgeable greeter I asked for a tool associate. Although the store was short staffed he happily answered all of my questions and confirmed that the tool chest was in stock. He wrote the information on paper and directed me to customer service where another associate completed the order and scheduled the delivery in just minutes. The product was delivered the next day to my home at exactly the time it was scheduled for. This whole experience was impressive!

I've noticed that in the last year or two the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been so pleased with their good attitudes that I make sure to tell friends and acquaintances so that they may think of Home Depot for their home improvement needs.

Everyone that I come into contact at the store is very helpful and kind. Sometimes it takes a while to find someone, because they are so busy, but when I do, the service is wonderful.

Store was well laid out with aisleways clearly marked and things were easy to find and store was very clean. In-store wifi is available and you can use that to find an item listed in store on the Home Depot's website.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. The workers are friendly and service is fast. This was the only place around that had the microwave we were looking for too! Definitely recommend this store.
