Store employee was very helpful in assisting me by phone to complete my purchase and provide for its delivery.

I like the stock they carry and tools on hand. I do not appreciate the locking up of power tools. ???

Cashiers and Managers are untrained and ill equipped to provide good customer service

Mark in the lumber Dept did a great job of directing me to correct product I needed. Then cut the pieces to my specifications. Can't ask for more!

Store is always clean and the employees are always helpful. If one can't answer they find someone who can. I am an elderly widow who takes care of the lawn myself, needed a new mower, they explained the difference and did not make me feel like an idiot for asking questions. They have always been that way with me, so I continue to shop there for almost everything. Very happy.

We still miss Clark, who was let go last year when management changed, but Marty and Chris in paint are great guys.

I just used Home Depot's online shopping today, and found the experiance quite rewarding. I spent less than 10 minutes in the store and was out with my purchase. I was picked up at the front of the store by my wife, it was like having valet service. I had ordered my item online, and paid for it, and when I got to the store they checked my order number, identified me and had my purchase waiting for me!

I just experienced the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced in my life! I've worked in customer service for 15 years and I've never seen something so awesome.

Great store, great employees, plumbing dept was great, Jason and Brian are great employees definitely will shop at the store because of them.

Very helpful workers

Home Depot is by far my favorite for the last 30 years... They always have everything you need at the best price. They have an excellent return policy. BUT..... Home Depot has dropped the ball pushing the self checkouts. When you go through an Associate check out you get done in half the time and they ask you if you found everything. If there was a problem they help fix it. Self checkout is just a kick in the teeth.

I have been to four different Home Depot and while they are all good locations the Hamburg store is the best run and most organized one.

The store was well stocked and every area of the store that I was in was very well organized so buyers could easily see the products that they were looking for, I also a couple of other workers ask if anyone needed any help, I was very impressed with the whole shopping experience. Home Depot keep up the great training and you will reap the benefits with happy customers!

This Home Depot is one of the better Home Depots we have frequented. Usually receive good friendly service.
