the staff was amazing

June 23, 2021 5pm The evening store manager doesn’t manage. When given a legitimate complaint about very poor customer service he personally provided even worse. Could not care in the least and obviously is incompetent to manage the Harriman store. The customers deserve a lot better than this guy.

sale cashier is Maria , She is very nice and skilled

my refrigerator stopped working in my semi truck. the store just closed and they stayed open so i could buy a new one and helped me switch refrigerators in my truck. they took the old refrigerator which was a great help also.

My salesperson Deborah was very helpful and courteous. She helped me with the plants I bought because I'm not too knowledgeable on the subject. I found everything I needed and checkout was a breeze. The Garden Dept. was well stocked and clean. Thanks!

Venicia is great always willing to help and great with customer service. She is the best.

If you are a minority and want to be hovered over to make sure you're not stealing at the self checkout, come to this Home Depot. Also, if you want employees to say, "I'm supposed to thank you for your military service, so thanks," come to this one too. I'm a brown skinned Asian who has fought two combat tours. I don't need your fake gratitude. Either say thank you or don't. It feels awful to be told someone is forced to thank you. It may be policy,, but you don't say that to a customer.. And definitely don't double count what I'm scanning of you won't do the same for everyone. I love feeling like a criminal bc I'm buying boxes for a military move. Great job HD...I'll never return here. Fix your self checkout cashier's sour, bitter attitude. Because I think it is steeped in prejudice.

The manager Scott Melick was so helpful and really went above and beyond in helping out organization with our community garden. He is a great asset abd really cares.

Item I went in for was out of stock and area where it belonged was a mess. 2 different employees seemed to purposely ignore my attempt to get their attention for assistance. This was a terrible trip to this store and very different from the many others I make there.

I shop there often since I am an owner of multilpe properties. My experience is better here than other homedepots. Employees like Venicia make me feel valued and shopping pleasurable.

During the pandemic, I was able to find alternatives. The people working here are simply terrific. They always walked up and asked me if I needed help. They gave me advice on a variety of things and I felt really well taken care of. Great experience.

Needs some improvements and stock products well on shelves.

A bit of improvements inside the store would be better. Larger signs for aisles would be better.

Items was missing from the box have to return item today today

The associates pretend they have no idea where anything is and they don’t help at all. The only helpful person was the cashier Kaylee she was super attentive, helpful and polite.

Store was up to par with safety conditions during Covid times. Store well stocked and customer service and sales associates were very helpful and professional. Will visit this particular store again.
