Sales associate very attentive

I have shopped here for 20 years, since it opened. I have found helpful, knowledgeable employees here. Today, while looking for bags of gravel for a landscaping project in the garden center, I couldn’t find what I needed. I was approached by a Hone Depot employee , Zack Rosenthal , who helped me find more selections of gravel in another aisle. I found just what I wanted. I thanked him and he told me it was his FIRST DAY at work there. He was friendly , helpful and motivated. WELL DONE!! Great hire. I can’t remember the last time Someone asked me if I needed help at a home center. They are usually too busy, or somewhere else, helping someone else. This really made a favorable impression on me and something I won’t soon forget. It made my day

Chelsea went above and beyond helping me find my product. This was an inspiration during these difficult times. I appreciate the safety procedures that are in place at this store compared to others.

Not a friendly staff

Be careful if you get involved in a project as I never received a follow up from Home Depot or Home Depot Measuring Services and HMS never contacted me as they were supposed to till after I was already in store to follow up myself. Also do not expect different service if a supervisor is involved as I had a Department supervisor and he was part of the problem I do need to add that in store personnel GARY who sadly only works part time is excellent. So my rating prior to GARY getting involved is extremely poor but after GARY got involved it became excellent

We shop at this Home Depot at least once a month. We have always found it to have a comprehensive inventory and very helpful staff. Even though it is a very large store and part of a national chain, we feel like it is our local store.

I went to the store to buy a John Deere E100 tractor. The first person I asked about the tractor came down from the top of a ladder and walked me to the area where the tractors were to see if one was available. He was very pleasant to helpful. I then went to pay for the tractor and the customer service person (her 2nd day on the job) was also pleasant and helpful. She asked for someone from the lawn and garden equipment department for assistance. He came to the register and again was pleasant and helpful. He also went back to grab a mulching cover off the shelf to go with my tractor. The next day when I came to pick it up and the store manager, Pat, replaced the battery on the tractor because it did not start. He made sure it was running correctly before I took it home. Four out of four people were pleasant and helpful. Thank you Home Depot employees

Customer service is poor. Cashier is not friendly and unwilling to help.

The Homedepot customer service representative named Dee was very attentive and helpful with locating years past receipts. She even got the extended warranty agents on the phone with me to schedule a repair date.

I really appreciate the attentiveness that the Harriman team shows to their customers! From offering you shopping carts before you even enter the store, getting Ron's informative assistance down any aisle of your choosing, seamlessly renting the Home Depot truck with Venise or the best one yet, Joann's smiling face at the checkout.... no matter what the interaction, I always feel like I've learned something new every time I walk out the Harriman/Monroe (#1284) store! The customer service here is what will keep me returning to this store time & time again!!

VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEE

I have made multiple purchases big and small here. Employees are always helpful and respectful. I had an issue only one time and they were eager to come to an agreement with me. I will continue to shop here as long as that is maintained.

THIS STORE IS BY FAR THE BEST HOME DEPOT I HAVE BEEN TO. GM TONY IS GREAT, PAT IS AWSOME, CAROLINE AND RON IN PLUMBING GREAT, BERNADETTE AND LISA @ RETURNS WELCOMING.....I COULD KEEP GOING JOANNE IN THE EVENING, MARTY WHO COMMUNICATES BETER THAN YOUR AVREGE JOE AWSOME. THANKS YOU GUYS ARE A PLEASURE TO BE AROUND.

The store was extremely clean. Shelves nice and stocked. And the staff couldn’t be more professional. They are extremely helpful and polite. A real pleasure to shop at this store.

When it is convenient, shop at Mahwah, Newburgh or Riverdale. The differences will amaze you.

Great Employees at this location! so polite and didn't seem annoyed that customers ask questions. So often, employees seem bothered when you go to them for help but everyone on staff are delightful. Highly recommend this location.

store is very neat and clean, can always locate a cart when needed. This store is a little smaller than some other stores so I would call first to see if they have what you are looking for.

I can't say enough of this store and the staff. To begin with, Bob is an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to do. Every time I go there he is friendly and greets everyone so nicely. He is truly an asset to the Home Depot. The cashiers that have checked me out of the store Noel, Bernadette, Joanne, Carmen, Tanya, Patricia and Sally are beyond professional. The store is very clean and everything is so easy to find. Great place to shop for all your home improvement projects.
