I’m an electrician I was trying to get materials fo a family who’s power had went off, with a diabetic in their house. The manager on duty Closed the store at 5:55 even when I explained I was an electrician and a customers power was out. She said there was already 100 people in the store. While we were talking 10 walked out but she still wouldn’t let me get what I needed. Hopefully his medicine doesn’t go bad because of no power to refrigerate it.

Associates were the opposite of friendly and helpful. I was unaware of store hour changes due to Covid-19. I walk up at 5 mins till 6. instead of a warm greeting from the 3 women standing at the door I overhear "Look at all these people coming in at the last minute." I knew what I was purchasing. I got the last of the 2 items i went in for so not much actually stocked in the garden center in ways of organic fertilizer. I was in and out in 2 minutes. The isles were PILED with boxes of inventory. No way to "practice social distancing" like they ask even if I wanted to.

I drove an hour to this store to purchase an item for a home I have listed, (I'm a realtor). Jerrell was the best. He acknowledged me, listened and help me find what I needed. All employees seemed happy and said hello. Not something that I experience in Odessa/Midland stores.

Marjean & the young ladies were beyond friendly and helpful taking the time to understand my needs and what I was looking to achieve. They went above and beyond ensuring that my shades were cut to size and double checking to ensure that I got everything I needed for my many projects. Just amazing service and very polite.

Lacks knowledgeable employees, who could careless. Most product bins have mixed parts... I could go on and on.

The employees were well educated and very friendly. Things are so easy to find and very clean.

We were shopping for a stove and even on a Sunday afternoon there were employees ready to help us within a few moments. Kuddos to Home Depot . The store was clean and easy to shop on. The best thing was being spoke to by the salespeople that walked by us.

This Home Depot is an excellent store. The staff, especially Bennetta, are helpful and the value for my money is excellent.

Worker at service desk was not friendly at all. she had tatoos all over her arms. waited in line for 15 minutes and she told us to go to a different check out line.she was busy with another customer.workers will not help you.

the lady standing in the front was so sweet and let us go in even though they were already closing we needed a small piece to fix our heating in are rv if it wont for her we would of froze same girl checked me out to the receipt says her name is leah we hope home depot gets more workers like her think you

I have always had a good experience shopping at this Home Depot.

Store is always clean. Products easy to find. The employees set this store above the rest. They actually talk to you then ask if you need help finding anything. Very personable. I really enjoy going to this Home Depot.

Looks like they have hired quite a few new people but the customer service is still very poor.

Having checked online, I knew the two air filters I needed (and not available at local competitors) were in stock, only to discover no sign on the shelf of one of them. The sales associate was extremely helpful--got the ladder platform and found what I needed, from the highest shelf of course! I appreciated her patience and courtesy in making sure I had what I needed. The other store employees I encountered were also friendly and helpful, the store was clean, and I was in and out promptly even keeping in mind the 'in stock' item wasn't on the shelf (hence 4 stars and not 5).

As a military member of 23 years I was highly impressed by the courteous staff....the teamwork displayed was amazing ...as well as the level of safety throughout this Hobbs NM store. The cashier Christie was amazing and very knowledgeable. I hope in her future she gets promoted to a management position because from i seen she would be awesome. Very impressed with this whole store and I will definetly be coming back to shop there without hesitation.

Great location, lots of friendly staff, and employees all seem willing to help.

Their assistant manager Manny was super rude to my wife and I in front of our kids. Lowe’s is looking better and better.

Went to buy the Mulch that was 5 for $10.00, but decided to wait because of size. I ended up buying one bag for a $1.00 as the bag was ripped but still intact. The cashier asked if I would like it for a $1.00. I was intending on coming back but thought, $1.00 for a bag that was ripped, so I bought it. She did not have to do that and could have just written it off as damaged. Thank you for going the extra mile to make customers happy Vera!
