Store is neat. Some things need to stay stocked. Do to oil feild. Some employees are rude. But over all employees are nice.

have a good experience every time I go in and have never had bad experience

the sales associate we worked with while special ordering wood blinds was very helpful and informative. However, we did have to wait to be helped since there was only one employee on duty that could help us and he was busy with another customer. The initial employee we contacted had her back turned from all customers and did not offer assistance to anyone. We had to go to her and ask her for help and she did not appear that she happy to be approached. She may have been new or inexperienced but she did need better training. This store never has enough help in any department, at any hour.

Kathy has awesome customer skills. She is knowledgeable of the store.

It was an awesome experience going into Home Depot. They had great associates working! They are so helpful and friendly with everything I asked! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!

The help desk, the department head, the forklift operator to load and the cashier were extremely helpful, informative and nice.

Returning the products was far easier w/ a knowledgeable cashier Cheryl-CXD3954 then the actual purchase.Now if you could get a couple of knowledgeable associates to work evenings an Saturdays.

I had previously priced the item the day before and I went back to get it today and the associate was very helpful. Anytime I visit the garden department the associates are always friendly and helpful. The customer service desk needs to take a few lessons from the garden dept on friendliness and helpfulness

I like that I can just look around and get ideas for how I want to make my home look better. When I have an idea in my head, I can find just what I'm looking for and make it happen. My home reflects who I am and home depot has been a big part of that.

Cashiers were great. Store needs to have more trained associates to operate the forklift. I liked the way several cashiers offered to help with carts because we had several.

We went in for a few things and happened to find a great deal on a mower. The associate that helped us was very nice he made sure we got everything loaded and all the paperwork .

What impresses me more than anything else compared to the other home improvement store, I can be standing in front of a shelve and examining items and a Home Depot Associate will actually stop to ask me if I need assistance. It saves me so much time to get expert help.
