I came to this store to purchase 10 bags of red lave rock.I asked for help and I got a young,,strong fellow to load my cart.He then pushed to the cashier,and then into the parking lot where he loaded my car! Great employees at this store!

Shopped for some items on a Sunday morning. I was greeted when I came in... asked what I was looking for and directed to the right aisle...was helped at self-check out and was out of there quickly. Great!

Its very rear that I don’t find what I’m looking for when I visit this Store. Just today I was greeted at the door with a Hello, while looking for dusk to Dawn light bulbs, I must of had that “I can’t find it Look” on my face because the employe showed up and said hello, need help. I said I did and he found the Bulbs. There has been to many occasions to write about. Ive lived in Homer Glen going on 25 years…THIS IS MY GOTO STORE when I have a Project. Thank you for your Service.

We had a great experience shopping at the Homer Glen Home Depot store. We purchased a garage door opener. Employees were knowledgeable, Friendly and helped us make our decision. All employees we encountered were very customer focused and helpful. Anyone who is considering a purchase of a garage door opener at the homer Glen store will not leave empty handed and will be happy with their purchase and the service they receive.

I purchased a Maytag dryer from Home Depot on Bell Road and their installers (who were subcontractors) refused to install the dryer as they said our gas hookup connector was the wrong size. They said we have to contact the gas company or a plumber to fix the problem. The installers then went back to their managers and said we do not have a gas shut-off valve. This was told to me when I went into the store this morning to complain. I went back home and found that we do have a fully functional gas shut-off valve. I called my plumber and paid for a service call and he came out and said there were no problems that the connector is the correct size. He said just have Home Depot drop off the dryer and I should not pay for installation if they still think they cant do it, and he can hook it up. I am avery bitter and unhappy customer. For future appliances I will find somewhere else to purchase and schedule installation. Home Depot is not prepared to follow through with their promises and leave everything to their subcontractors and customers to work out. What is the point?

Have you noticed that most businesses and restaurants now lack any real customer service? We are expected to just appreciate employees showed up to work for their paychecks. At Home Depot in Homer Glen, there is a definite sense of customer appreciation and service is 5 stars. Keep up the good work. I never get close to the same feeling shopping at the similar type of store across the street. Thank you for all your help to all the employees of the Homer Glen Home Depot on Bell Road.

VERY CLEAN FRIENDLY STAFF

The store was clean and products were easy to find.

Horrible customer service and they treat workers unfairly and horribly.

Store is always very clean. The people who work there are amazing and very knowledgeable about everything in the store.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Just wish they didn't have all the grills pre assembled. Of course after getting my purchase home there are issues because someone rushed assembly

A few days ago I decided I could not wait longer to hear back from a lawn cutting service and purchased a lawn mower from HD. Amazingly, when I asked a young woman at the service desk/cashier if there was next day delivery available she said YES. The details were quickly and accurately handled, charged to new Home Depot Credit account and the mower delivered the next morning at about 7:00 A.M.! Amazingly good service from a helpful, competent and knowledgeable cashier. The HD team deserves credit for this feat.

The cashier Bridget J was extremely helpful and courtesy. For the most part, the employees are somewhat friendly.

Great staff always will to help.
